엄청 친절하고 다정합니다
바탐센터 항에서 걸어가도 될정도의 거리에 워치함. 직원들 매우 친절하며 항상 웃는 얼굴로 반겨줌. 가격대비 넓고 쾌적하며 편안함. 바탐에 갈기회가 또온다면 이호텔에 다시 욱겠음

조식 괜찮고 위치도 조용한 편. 체크인은 좀 늦음
싱글침대 2개인 방인데 약간 좁은 편이었습니다. 하지만 깔끔하고 청결한 편이었고, 특히 조식은 호텔가격대비 괜찮은 편이었습니다. 다만 체크인하는데 시간이 많이 걸리네요. 13시경에 갔는데 14시 15분이 되어서야 체크인이 가능했습니다.

Larger room
The restroom of the room was quite larger, and the room was larger, but I had a diffilculty in taking inexpensive Taxi there. The Taxi arranged by the hotel was expensive, and they didn't have a navigation, so the driver lost the way.

I booked two rooms and they offered me one, I did not remember, and they did remember after we were sleeping in tiny beds!?!

Room is older than what I imagine, but just stay for few days so it's okay. Air-condition at corridor is too cold and make the room cold as well even I turned off the air-condition..

Net hotel. Vriendelijk en keurige personeel. Jammer dat het door corona erg rustig was. Kamers iets gedateerd, maar schoon en alles werkt. Fijn bed. Kamers zijn wel donker en mijn kamer keek uit op een soort gallerij zonder buitenlicht. Dat maakte de kamer nog donkerder.

the pool area was really nice, the abandoned building is the only thing not nice in the view at the pool area. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights with a non smoking queen room reservation. The first room they assigned to us is a twin room with a very small walk area, the smell is damp and a bit of cigarette smell, saw an ashtray on the table, I requested to change rooms as Im allergic to cigarette and strong smelling stuff, the staff did her best to give me something good. We were transferred to a different room but still a twin room but with bigger walk area and not smelling one. A bit disappointed with the window view, was hoping to see the sea nearby, but instead a indoor view of I dont know what.

Grand & great for all functions and stay. Dislike not all rooms have a view. Ours Windows face another corridors with no view which I don't know if it is accessible by anyone. The bed is just right beside it.

Second time staying in this hotel and I still love it here! booked the same junior suite that we get for a very good deal during expedia flash sale. I have no complains throughout our stay there but the rooms can be very cold that we off the aircons at night, hahaha and since we went during peak period (CNY long weekend), the breakfast buffet spread finished so fast and we have to wait for quite some time for the top up. I guess they also had not enough staffs through out the weekend. But overall, we enjoyed the stay there. And it is a must to visit the spa!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was ok. Aruma spa located in the hotel was excellent. Hotel system made things very easy and convenient for us. However, quality of the lifts could be improved.

Super hôtel et agréable ! Personnel est gentil et serviable. Plusieurs bons restaurants aux alentours et centres d’achat. À quelques pas du traversier international de Singapour ou de Johor Bahru , Malaisie. Très beau séjour.
