The view was beautiful and the woman working there was so nice. Clean rooms and very spacious. We will be using this establishment again on our next gold adventure for sure!!!

It was VERY clean (we always check for bed-bugs---NONE!), very nicely appointed, had everything we needed and more. Only complaint might be better towels, but they were typical. Easy location, pretty park right across the street (hence, the name). VERY nice lady checked us in and was generous. Would definitley stay here again!!

This is a cute property with sweet little rooms, all well-equipped and clean. The owner is extremely helpful, professional and friendly. It is my go-to place to stay when I am in Canon City.

The owner was charming and very friendly. Room was exceptionally clean, beds are comfortable and the sheets were soft. Will definitely stay here again when visiting again.

Wonderfully located across the street from the Royal Gorge train depot and on the same route to the Royal Gorge amusement park, it is a great hotel in the perfect spot!

Review is for 2 queen beds room. Nice sized room, enough space to organize stuff on floor, lots of lights, room bright, plenty of receptacles for charging or connecting electronics. Large table for computer with two chairs plus two other seats. Sink in same room as toilet and shower. Balconies with some rooms. Good presentation of continental breakfast with adequate choices of cereal, breads, pastries, and juices. Royal Gorge train station across the street. Wi-Fi very good. Parking could be a little tight and may be difficult to park next to room if you get in late and hotel is full. Definitely a good value and would stay there again if in area.

A very good room at a reasonable price with continental breakfast included. Comfortable bed / pillows. Close to Main St with a good range of dining options - walkable. The only major downside was that the motel is right next to the R50 road. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy but when we tried switching it off and opening the window - the road noise was horrendous.

This was our second time staying here and we love the location to downtown and the ability to walk to dining and hang out areas. Always clean and the breakfast is really good with a sit down area as well

Had issues with the TV receiving the wifi in room #2; there is no cable, only streaming; the wifi signal in that room was inconsistent to nonexistent. Pat moved us to another room the next morning, no problems with the TV there. Thanks Pat! The breakfast options are pretty limited, mostly carbs, no bananas, and ran out of yogurt with the staff saying they had a hard time finding some items. WalMart is full of yogurt.

This little hotel is always exceptionally clean. Parking directly in front of the room is convenient. We love walking 1/2 a block and being on Main Street. The owner is nice and will try to accommodate any requests. Breakfast has good variety. A pleasant stay!

We only needed a place to stay for one night and this place worked out great. The building is older, but has been renovated and is very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

The Parkview Inn and Motel in Canyon City, Colorado was exceptional!! It was comfortable, clean, convenient and close to all of our needs during our stay. Our host, Ilamena, was especially accommodating. We would highly recommend this motel.

While there was a lot that was good about this property, it does sit right next to Hwy. 50 that runs through town so it was pretty noisy. Also, the separate building we were in did not have wifi access as indicated which made a few things difficult.

This property is located in a prime location very much near to grocery/coffee/food/gas stations. The room is neat and clean. Due to the age of the property the rooms might not look upgraded but very much good with respect to the price. The breakfast area is just awesome and they have pretty decent options in breakfast buffet. The lady in the front desk is sweet and responsive. We had little problem with the WIFI/Internet but i think the owner is working on to fix this issue as well. I would definitely recommend this motel with the price and amenities it comes with.

We were going on the Royal Gorge Railroad and we were able to walk to pick up the train. It's a great little place.
