Lovely stay, great value, highly recommended
This is probably one of the best hostels that I’ve stayed in! Location: perfect as it’s 2 mins walk away from the railway station, few mins walk away from Main Street, and 7 mins walk away from the Llandudno pier. Environment: quiet and clean. Beds are nice and comfy with good quality blanket and pillow. Sinks available in the room with tea, coffee, and kettle. Bathrooms are one of the best ones I’ve seen— feels like I’m in a nice hotel. Very clean at all times. Nice lounge, fridge available. Staff: very friendly and helpful. Top notch service. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Llandudno!

House keeper John is very nice and helpful. just walk for few minutes to the beach and restaurants. Just the bunk bed is very low and hard to sit. Shared toilet is clean but you may need to get used to it. Street parking free from 6pm to 09am, with 90mins from 09am, i.e. you may leave at 10:30am. It's not easy to have 8 ppl room.

Highly recommended staying
A amazing first holiday experience, staff very friendly and polite room perfect family room. Had Netflix downstairs although signal was slow late at night. Breakfast was wonderful I can't fault the place. The rooms looked wonderful facilities were clean and it was only a few minutes away from the train station like two minutes I believe. Great location.

Despite a short stay, the overall experience is still marvellous. The staff is nice and willing to follow up on my needs. The bed is comfy. Wish I could stay longer!

Almost perfect. Almost.
Booked a room with bunk beds with friends. Clean, comfy and a quiet place. Very close to everything. Also, John was very accommodating. Only cons were the bunk beds, they're too low you can't even sit up on them. And there was only one toilet for 8 people which is a massive inconvenience.

Very clean place and friendly host
Stayed at the hostel for 2 nights. There were 13 of us and we were really well looked after by John. Place is really clean and close to things to do in Llandudno. Would definitely come and stay again. Thanks for looking after us John

Welcoming, friendly owner. Comfortable
Llandudno hostel kindly offered a room for our family when our previous booking has been cancelled only minutes before travelling. Very friendly, welcoming owner! Very clean, tidy, secure accommodation with very comfortable beds and all for a great price. The hostel is about 10 minutes away from the beach, restaurants, take aways also nearby. There is a few kebab shop what are open all night. Highly recommended! Highly recommended

Central and great welcome
Brilliant location more central than I first thought. All the basic facilities needed and a warm welcome. Lovely shower and bathroom after a long run and great nights sleep.

We checked in at 10:30PM even though check-in typically ends at 10PM. I was happy that we were not charged the extra fee that I was told we would be charged over the phone. In addition we had never stayed at a hostel, so we didn't think to pack towels. We were also allowed to borrow towels at no extra charge which I sincerely appreciated. The room suited our needs (3 bunkbeds) and breakfast was simple but tasty.

One of only a handful of hostels I was able to find in the north Snowdonia area, much cheaper than hotels. Clean, comfortable, with friendly staff and free breakfast. Close to the train station and the main pier. Thanks for having me!

Friendly host gave us a warm welcome. The family room was clean and comfortable. The hostel was surprisingly quiet in the evening. Breakfast was fine - plenty of cereal, toast, juices, tea/coffee.

Great location. Very clean rooms, convenient and inexpensive too, which is a bonus when traveling with a family. Don’t forget to bring your own towels!!!

Excellent independent hostel. Highly recommended.
Excellent location, a few min walk from train station, 10 min from beach, many restaurants and convinient stores. Clean comfortable room with good ventilation. (We four took a room with bath sleep 5-6.) Simple breakfast. Nice and helpful manager. Wish there were laundry and wish microwave and frige were accessible 24 hrs. A laundromat nearby but closed at 5 pm. Llandudno is an excellent area to stay, easy to go to Conwy.

Nice hostel it was very near to my Conference venue staff very friendly Very close to train station and town I would recommend to my friends for next years Conference and it was cheap Excellent service clean linen in the bathrooms each day

Home From Home Hostal
A very welcoming and comfortable hostal, very clean with relaxing lounge complete with large screen TV and long leather sofas, adequate dormatorys with strong not creaking bunk beds, pleasant breakfast room with good breakfast included, fruit and juice, cerials, bread/toast, tea and even filter coffee. guest fridge for self catering but only microwave for cooking. Management and staff all very friendly and helpfull, often coming to talk with guests over breakfast, nice touch. Oh and good WiFi reception.

Nice but too small for 8 beds in a room
Lovely building in a quiet side street close to the prom, train station and shops. It's very clean, but I don't think you should ever be in a position in a hostel where beds are touching and your head is next to someone else's if the room is more than half full. On our floor there was one bathroom to 10 people, and when rooms are mixed sex this is a real issue when the shower and toilet are all in one and you need to get dried and dressed in there too. Breakfast was very basic (didn't include some advertised items) and I've never seen such tiny cereal bowls. If you're heating up your own meal in the 1 microwave on site, you might want to bring your own bowl. Having said all that, the bed was very comfy, building security and WiFi is good and if you're staying in a group it might be ideal if you eat out or get takeaway. Just don't all plan on using the shower at the same time. It's more expensive than a youth hostel but with less facilities.

Thanks very much for your review. just to clarify there are 2 bathrooms on the floor with that dorm and 1 bathroom and separate toilet on the floor above. Unfortunately we have to work within the building and there is not enough space for a separate self catering kitchen. We do provide a microwave and fridge though. You are always welcome to come back for 2nd bowl of cereal. As for the price please remember that our price includes everything, wifi, filter coffee and Tea, breakfast, whereas the YHA charge extra for all these things. We make no apologies for focusing on the important aspect high quality mattress and Dulopillow pillow and Egyptian cotton sheets and duvets.

Great hostel, offers much more than most
Spacious, well equipped rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast and very quiet. Great parking and particularly great for families wit more than 2 children who are usually split between two rooms! Our large en suite had a double and 2 bunks making it perfect for us. Perfect location and a nice lounge with huge sofas and large TV with free Netflix! Wifi worked well in room too, even with 5 of us on it at one point! Would highly recommend.

Great Hostel in a Great Location
The hostel is in a great location in walking distance to the Llandudno Pier, Great Orme, Llandudno train station and near plenty of public transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable, especially for being a hostel. The only downside to my experience were the other guests, but this is not something that the hostel can control.

Jeg er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet på dette hostelet. Du får det ikke mer sentralt, og det var gangavstand til alt i byen. De som eide hostelet og jobbet der var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Rommene var fine, men det var litt lavt under taket i de nederste køyene så jeg valgte å ligge på toppen. Badene var nye og pene. Det var rent og pent over alt. Fellesstua hadde tv kanaler og netflix. Man kunne benytte seg av microbølgeovnen i spisesalen. Anbefales!

Great value
I was really surprised at the quality of the accommodation. Exceptionally clean, lovely bathroom, very central location very near to the station too. For the really low price I was very pleased and I will definetely be staying there again.

Splendid Stay
Great staff who couldn't do enough for you. The beds were comfy with some sort of memory foam and nice pillows. In fact the pillow was a whole new positive experience for me. Every where was clean with nice furniture. A great hostel as good as your B&Bs Thank you to guys working their made our trip a lot better.
