Our hotel experience was limited only by the character count of this review; otherwise, every detail of this nightmarish stay would be disclosed. Upon arrival, the desk attendant was pleasant, yet our room fell short: tiny pillows, tiny tiny towels. When I sought more, the response was to wait for housekeeping. Come morning, with housekeeping carts but no staff, I took initiative to exchange towels and discard trash. This mundane act was met with a housekeeper, previously unseen, now sprinting towards me, screaming about taking extra towels.
Confronting Isabella at the front desk, I was met with her astonishing rudeness, aggressively enforcing a dubious two-towel policy. A call to Expedia debunked this "policy." At checkout, Isabella's hostility continued by saying she had to have the room inspected, because she’s sure of damage. This started another psychotic episode from her. But all of that vanished upon seeing a video I took of our self-cleaned room, resulting in a reluctant receipt handover. This hotel's glaring faults: horrendous service, deceptive room portrayals, a daunting neighborhood, and decaying bathroom doors, make it a cautionary tale. If zero stars were an option, that'd be my rating. Beware, this place is an absolute catastrophe. Stay far away. Far far away. You will regret your choice.
