No lo recomiendo por ningún motivo para una visita en familia, a parte de q se percibe descuidado, no solo es la propiedad, el barrio no ayuda en lo más minimo; no encuentras siquiera un café y no te dan ganas de salir a buscar. En las calles se encuentran a dos cuadras damas que trabajan de noche, y durante mi estancia puede observar que este hotel sirve de centro de trabajo, por eso mi opinión, nadie quiere llevar ahí a su familia; sin embargo era lo único relativamente cercano que encontré cerca de la estación del ferri.

Booked a room checkin approximately 10pm rang the door bell no one can to the window to check me in decide to go somewhere else. 30 min later an employee called me asking me about the reservation after I explained to him nobody was there he argue with me and told me no refunds and hung up

Had to ask for a new room due to roaches and deity bedding… 2nd room was only slightly better. Do not stay here!

The room was reasonably clean, although the carpet could use a shampooing. The hairdryer didn't work (glad I brought my own anyway). The noise died down about midnight, so no sleeping issues. I liked the walk-in shower and the bench. I have mobility issues so these were appreciated even though I didn't ask for a handicapped room. I would stay there again.

Check in service was poor. Towels and sheets were both lightly stained. Inn was incredibly noisy at night, lot of sound through the ceiling from the 2nd floor. Lighting was a harsh white. Doorframes looked like they’d be broken in to previously. Surrounding area felt unsafe. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in for quite some time.

Since it is close to where I need to go, I stay here for convenience once a year when I have to travel to Vallejo. It will probably be my last time though. The rooms are ok, but not very clean. The area around the hotel feels unsafe. The staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Staff was never in the office to check in, you have to call for assistance. the smell of marijuana is unbearable at night and the rooms smell of humidity and cigarettes despite reserving a non-smoking room.

I never expected our stay here is not comfortable at all. In all fairness, the room was okay, it was clean but the bed sheets doesn’t look clean because there are stains on it. The pillows were not comfortable at all. When we came to the Inn around 11 pm, we didn’t have space to park our cars, the manager let us parked infront of the office and we never had a good night sleep thinking that pur car might get towed because it’s not a legal parking space. There are people smoking weed outside the rooms and i feel so sorry about our kids smelling it and also there are prostitution around the area. If you are with the family, I really don’t recommend this place. I really regretted choosing here to stay with my family and relatives 😢 Right after we wake up in the morning, we chose to leave immediately.

There were several prostitutes a couple of blocks away. Very unsafe area. The non-smoking room I booked reeked of smoke and was not given a suitable resolution. Stay far away from this place...

Room looked as if it wasn’t cleaned. Cigarette burns on bedding, flies all over room. Stains all over the floor as well as trash. Only use for this hotel for the hookers and not if you actually want to spend the night. You will also not get your money back if you complain. Didn’t even stay 20 minutes before checking back out.

Cannot find the proper words to describe the place. Stained carpet, hair and nail clippings on bed, hair, oxidized towels, smell of homelessness and bodily fluids. Expedia should not have this type of property in their offerings. Beyond disgusting. Long story short we left. Requesting full reimbursement.

Disgusting, shady location

This place is disgusting. The floor was dirty and sticky. We had to wear shoes to walk on the carpet and then our shoes would leave black prints on the bathroom tile. The pillows had mold, and the office would not replace our pillows. There was also mold around the vents and in the bathroom. Between all the pounding on the ceiling from the floor above and the constant car alarms going off all night, we got verh little sleep. This was a shady hotel. Nobody would answer the phone in the office. We had booked 3 nights but only stayed 1 night. They refuse to refund our money for the other 2 nights. We called and reported them to the health dept.

BEWARE!! Horrible rooms and management!!

First clue to not stay there: 4 hours prior to our arrival, we get a call from the manager saying he was having trouble charging our card for the weekend.I told him he’s not allowed to charge our card until we check in.If we don’t show for our stay then he can charge us for the first night. He continued to get irate and argue with us. As we arrive we see a very small parking lot that can barely fit the cars there before we even tried to park. We get our key cards, go to the room, only to find out the door doesn’t lock from the inside. We get the person that checked us in to come take a look and he “attempts” to fix it to no avail. My husband then tries to help him. As a guest is walking up the stairs he said, “that door still isn’t fixed? I stayed in that room 3 weeks ago and it was broken then.” As the employee and my husband tried to fix the door, just so we could get through the night, I figured I should check everything else. The shower head blew off the pipe it’s connected to and water went everywhere. Also, a tweaker came asking me where to find Skunky while I’m in the room. Drug deals going on up on the 2nd floor.My husband and the employee finally got the door to lock from the inside but then wouldn’t latch from the outside! We asked for our money to be refunded since this would not be a safe place to stay. My husband asked for the manager’s name (who was hiding behind a shut door). The employee was not allowed to give it to us. He said we could contact Expedia.

The door which had the wrong metal piece over the latch and lock.

we strictly condemn this review, yes according to policy we do have a right to authorize a credit card within 24 hours of your arrival time and your credit card on file was decline and if you fail to update us with your valid credit card we do have a right to cancel your reservation. yes we do had a problem with door and since we were sold out on that night we were not able to move you in a different room, you ask for refund we get you a full refund upfront, please don't make up a story that I was hiding behind the door, since I was the one who gave you a refund and since your reservation was through expedia, we advised you to contact expedia.

Im not one to do this but I originally booked 3 nights here and I left after the first. The room looked great in the pictures but it wasn't. There were holes in the walls, broken floor boards under the carpet, the door knob to the bathroom was hanging on by hopes and dreams. Right outside the room was one of those fly traps that looks like a piece of hanging tape. Around 430am someone was banging on our door asking for "Donkey" and continued to do so for the next 30 minutes. And when I checked out early the people refused to give me a refund. I had to repeat their own cancelation policy to them to get a partial refund. Of the 3 days i paid for I only got back. So I paid to not sleep here and to be honest I would happily pay again to not stay here. Its that bad.

The location was in a bad side of town with not much around the location. The staff was very unfriendly the check in guest did not even say HI he just passed everything threw a window. The room was very poorly kept, the hand sink was in the living room, the hand sink was not secured, the shower stall was dirty and the shower head had no pressure. This will be the last and only time I ever stay at this location. At night there was no place to park and like I said it was in the bad side of town. Very disappointed
