고객보다는 호텔이익추구가 우선
3박을 묵을려고 예약했으나 일정 한달전에 중간 하루를 다른 호텔에서 묵어 주길원한다는 메일을 받고 고민을했습니다. 이동하는날은 번거롭고 다른일정을 잡을 수가 없어서요. 다행히 호텔에서 직원이 모두 옮겨줄테니 걱정하지 말라고해서. . . 동의했는데 이동당일 이런사실을 부인하며 제가 직접 체크아웃,캐리어 끌고 15분 이동 다시 체크인. . .하루가 날라 갔어요 ㅜㅜ 차량 제공도없고. . . . 아무튼 사진과 거의 흡사한거랑, 높은층을 배정받ㅇ 면 창문뷰가 좋은것,조식은 유럽호텔치고는 중간정도,위치는 버스에서 내려서 걷기는 멀고 스키리프트와는 제법멀고, . .시내 메인스트리는 가깝고, 청결상태는 괜찮고, 호텔 규모에비해 단체를 많이 받아서 단체 위주로 운영하다보니 번잡하고 시끄러운것,직원 친절이나 운영은 미숙함.

4성급이라고 하기에는 별로...
호텔 내부에 불쾌한 냄새가 너무 심해서 견디기 힘들었다. 욕실은 깨끗한 편이었지만 방이 약간 작아서 답답하게 느껴졌다. 호텔 직원들은 친절했지만 주변관광에 대한 지식이 좀 부족해 보였고 단체 관광객들이 많아서 체크인도 너무 오래 걸렸다.

We loved our stay at the Alpina! They helped us arrange transportation from/to the airport ahead of time and everything was seamless and on time. The buffet breakfast and dinner was wonderful, everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and they helped us plan fun activities like paragliding, which was amazing! It’s centrally located in town and the farmer’s market on Saturday is right outside the hotel. We would love to stay there again!

Nice hotel , small room but clean and welcoming, very convenient in town, a supermarket next door, many restaurants and shops across the street, ski bus stop just outside the front door, walkable to the train for ice cave. Jacuzzi in spa is luke warm so we didn’t really stay long but other than that a lovely stay

Great hotel in the center of Chamonix. Ski shop in the building, excellent breakfast. They have a great game room as well. Nice spa. Hot tubs are too cold but great view.

Excellent hotel, based in the centre of Chamonix. Brilliant to have the ski hire shop in the hotel. Exceptionally helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, with plenty of choice in the panoramic restaurant at the top of the property. Just be warned, you need to get the ski bus to access the slopes for the whole of Chamonix, but this is easy to do from just outside the hotel.

It was very convenient. Walking to everywhere. The location is great. The rooms with balcony is right. In front of Mount Blanc. However you would better to reserve a parking spot ahead of time. Will stay there again if I have a chance.

Beautiful views and renovation. It's a good breakfast buffet - but a weirdly horrible omelet station. Not quiet - there are 2am bars across the street that make noise Th-Sun. Great location!!

Hotel muito bonito de dia e de noite quando fica iluminado. Atendimento excelente e processo de check-in e out adequados. Cafe da manha excelente no ultimo andar com uma excelente vista de Chamonix. Quarto pequeno para 2 adultos e 2 crianças, porem com sacada e com uma excelente vista do Mont-Blanc. Localização um pouco longe da estação de ônibus para ir a pé, sendo melhor utilizar o transporte publico em que há 2 paradas de onibus muito proximas ao hotel.

Magnifique Hôtel 4☆ très bien situé Bel accueil par une équipe souriante qu'on sent motivée en ce début de saison. Belle chambre spacieuse décorée avec goût, très propre, WC séparés. Tout y est pour votre séjour soit très agréable, bonne literie, peignoir, linges moelleux, machine à café Nespresso, grand écran TV. Seul bémol, pas de mini-refrigérateur dans la chambre, dommage pour 4☆ et certainement très ennuyant l'été en période chaude.

Arrivés à 15h30 la chambre n’était pas disponible … Pas de chambre avant 16h et il faut l’a rendre à 11h le lendemain matin, dommage. Le spa serait à entretenir. Malgré cela le petit déjeuner est vraiment très chouette et l’hôtel est très bien situé !

Bon emplacement, équipe agréable. Chambre standard petite et salle de bains aussi. Il faut réserver en avance le parking et vos créneaux SPA. Le brunch est très bien. Rideau peu occultant Très bien pour un weekend mais pas pour une durée plus longue.

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen im Zentrum. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Personal war freundlich, das Check-in/Check-out effizient. Der Wellnesbereich ist klein, da aber vorgängig reserviert werden muss, ging es gut vom Platz her. Auch für den Fitnessraum muss reserviert werden, dies war im Vorfeld nicht klar. Das Frühstücksbuffet inkl. frisch zubereitenden Eierspeisen ist toll, neben kalter Soyamilch hat es aber keine laktosefreien Alternativen - dies könnte noch verbessert werden.

Amazing experience in the heart of Chamonix
We loved the Alpina Eclectic Hotel! Well-appointed rooms, awesome location, and great views from the hotel. You can walk pretty much anywhere you would like in the city center area, and there are convenient bus stops near by, as well. We stayed in one of the standard rooms, and while on the small side, it was perfectly adequate for two of us. We had views of the Brevent ski area from our room. The only downside I can mention is that our room was warmer than what we would have liked with the hotel not having air conditioning. It is my understanding that most hotels in town do not have air conditioning, and it just so happened that we were there during an unseasonably hot week in August. A large window and a tower fan certainly helped cool things off a bit. For the vast majority of the year, I think this would be a non-issue, but it is something to be aware of if you're visiting during the heat of the summer and the weather ends up being hotter than usual. The breakfast is not to be missed! While it initially struck me as overpriced, we tried it the first morning (out of convince) and quickly realized that this is NOT your typical hotel breakfast. The views from the top-floor restaurant alone are worth the price of admission for at least one day, and the quality and choices of the buffet were notches above any other breakfast I've experience at a similar level of hotel before. The staff were all absolutely wonderful to work with. Great service all around!
