The top floor for breakfast is the best part and the views are amazing but our room was extremely expensive for what it was, the bathroom was super super small, the beds were not even twin beds. If you want toiletries you have to ask them in reception which sometimes you don’t know what you need until afterwards…

The ski equipment rental shop and lockers are very convenient. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal too and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. The rooms are basic and a bit dark but good for a ski hotel. One issue is that we needed to carry skis everywhere, as the hotel is a walk or bus ride from the slopes and ski lifts

The suite was clean but a bit worn in spots. Chipped finishes, scuffs. The lobby feels more like a mall entrance and post check-in there was little attention from the front desk staff. Breakfast and common areas are a bit of a madhouse. Lots of families and tourists from all over the world. Good location but I wouldn’t call it comfortable or give it 4 stars-

Excellent location, super comfortable, kind staff. Perfect. the only note is that the reception said we could enter the breakfast anytime up until 10h30 am and stay later to eat but the team upstairs was already putting everything away at 10h30 am so not actually true. We had to run around trying to gather some items to eat. BUT amazing breakfast and excellent breakfast view. The best in chamonix.

The entire staff at this hotel is outgoing and makes a proactive effort to ensure you have a great experience at their hotel and in the Chamonix area. They were helpful with special requests and when we had an issue with a late arriving shuttle they stepped in and resolved it with the vendor. Our room had a spectacular Mountain View and the amazing breakfast is served atop the hotel with an even better view. I would definitely stay at the Alpina Eclectic again.

Amazing stay, hotel has great facilities and staff were very friendly and helpful too. Upgraded to a room with a mountain view and balcony and it was well worth it. Also got an hour in the spa included which was a super nice touch and is worth a visit itself. Rooms were lovely big and clean, would definitely stay again.
