메인스트립에서 멀지 않아서 도보접근이 가능하고, 카지노가 없어 담배냄새 없이 공기가 깨끗하고 북적거리지 않고 조용한 분위기라, 조용한 휴가를 보내고 싶은 사람에게는 적당한 숙소였다. 호텔 대문이 별도로 있어 출입키가 있거나 입구에서 승인된 차량과 사람만 접근이 가능하다는 점도 보안이 잘되어 있다는 인상을 주었다. 미니 주방이 있어 직접 식사를 준비할 수 있다는 점도 편리했고 시설도 낡지않고 깨끗한 편이고 직원들도 친절했다. 어메니티는 타월,샴푸,컨디셔너,바디워시,비누,드라이기만 있었고 칫솔,치약이 제공되지 않았다. 도보 7~8분 거리에 편의점이 있기는 하지만 어메니티에 대하여는 사전에 확인하고 준비하는 것이 좋을 것 같다.

전체적으로는 좋았어요 근데 어플로 예약했더니 얼리체크인이 안된거는 아쉬웠어요 ㅠㅠ 방도 넓고 청결할 수 있는만큼 청결했구.. 좋았어용ㅋ 근데 호텔 가까이 편의점같은 게 없다는 점이 아쉬웟어요

최악의 서비스
새벽2시에 전화가 왔었다. 방을 잘못줬다는 연락이 왔다. 직원실수로 일어난 일이였고 그걸 새벽에 알고 방을 바꿔야한다는 이유로 나와 여자친구는 그새벽에 짐을 정리해서 옴겼다 사과를 하는건지 마는건지 알수 없는 말들과 딸랑 점심권을 하나주며 연락을 준다고 하고 연락도 주지않았다. 보증금도 100불을 가져갔는데 1주일이 지난 지금도 받질 못하고 있다. 최악의 서비스를 볼수 있는 곳이다.

콘도형 호텔이네요. 메인스트립과 떨어져서 걸어가려면 많이 걸어야 해요. 도박안하고 가족과 조용히 머무르려면 좋은 숙소입니다. MGM 호텔과 연결통로가 있었고 발렛주차 문제 없고, 편안하게 잠도 잘 잤습니다.

최고의 위치와 최고의 가성비의 호텔! 가족과 묵기 딱입니다. 다음에도 올것입니다.
아주 맘에 들었습니다. 무엇보다 MGM 호텔과 지하로 통해 있어 MGM 호텔의 서비스를 다 이용하면서도 저렴한 가격에 묵을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 호텔에 카지노가 없어 조용하고 차량도 발렛으로 서비스해주면서 따로 비용을 받지 않았습니다. 다만 차를 뺄때마다 2불의 팁을 주었습니다. 아쉬운 점은 방의 헤어드라이기가 고장이 났었고, 화장실도 한번 막혔습니다. 발렛을 전화로 방에서 미리 부르려고했는데 전화를 안받아 할 수 없이 내려가 직접 부르고 기다려야하는 불편함이 조금 있긴 했습니다. 이 호텔의 가장 좋은 점은 위치입니다. MGM 호텔로 지하 통로가 이어저 있어 메인 스트립으로 바로 나갈 수 있습니다. 메인 스트립으로 바로 나가면 M&N 초콜릿 전시관, 코카 콜라 전시관 등도 있고 Marshalls, Ross 등이 바로 옆에 있어 간단한 의류 쇼핑에도 편리했습니다. 무엇보다 가장 좋았던 것은 MGM 호텔에서 KA Show를 본 것입니다. 시그니쳐 Hotel에 묵는다고하면 할인을 해줍니다. 태양의 서커스 중 하나인 이 쇼는 정말로 어메이징했습니다. 강추입니다. 또한 근처에 아웃렛 쇼핑몰이 있어 다녀오면 좋습니다. 15분정도면 갈 수 있습니다. 근처 식사가 비싸니 음식을 미리 준비해가 방에서 조리할 수 있으니 참고하세요~

카지노가 없는 좋은 호텔이었고요. 별도의 비용을 지불하지 않아도 되는 발렛파킹을 서비스하고 있습니다. 또한 리조트비용또한 호텔비에 포함이 되어 있습니다. 주방과 관련 시설들이 구비되어 있어 편리합니다. 스트립까지는 걸어서 15분정도 걸립니다.

스트립에서 걸어서 5분거리에 위치해 조용하고 라스베가스에서도 할링을 할 수 있는 장소 인거 같네요 MGM 리조트 인줄 모르고 예약햇엇는데 리조트 안에 식당은 없지만 스벅잇고 풀 있고 나쁘진 않아요

166천원에. 타워2 2층에 묵었습니다. 주차 발렛 편했습니다. 체크인 후에 차를 빼지 않았는데 다음날 체크 아웃하면서 팁 2불 줬습니다. 주차비 없습니다. 객실에 물 없습니다. 거품 욕조가 있습니다. 다시 묵으라고 해도 다시 묵겠습니다.

26만원에 묵었는데 36층 끝에 넓은 방입니다. 주차는 리조트피에 포함되어 무료입니다. 발렛이라 차 뺄때 2불 팁을 줍니다. 방은 어마어마하게 넓었는데, 침실, 거실, 주방, 큰 욕실, 작은 욕실 이렇게 있습니다. 라스베가스 호텔에서 26만원이면 비싼 걸 수도 있지만, LA 랑 비교하면 너무 저렴한 편이라 만족도가 좋았습니다. 건물이 전부 금연이라서 냄새가 나지 않아 좋습니다. MGM 그랜드랑 walkway로 연결되어 있어 편합니다. 좀 걸어야 하긴 합니다. 통상 signature 라고 불리며, 직원들도 signature라고 하는데 LAS VEGAS에서 말하면 모두가 압니다.

The best thing about this property is if something goes wrong, the valet and security will go above and behind trying to help. The Valet lost my key fob in the rental car and I was going to be charged $500 for a replacement. They offered to pay for the replacement but I had insurance on the rental car that covered the loss of the key. The security team searched and searched doing a wonderful job. Then there was a man that went above and beyond. I think his name was john possibly. Roughly under 6 ft tall, balled, facial hair, super nice man that worked Valet. He made sure we were taken care of during our whole visit since our key was lost. He was super friendly and does his job very well. We were sad that we didn't see him before leaving.

Valet parking closed at 11pm on a Friday night for all towers and this was not communicated at check in. Had to park in mgm self parking and walk 20 minutes back at midnigh and then back again the next morning when we checked out. Very inconvenient.

I stay here often, but the suites for stay by owners are usually pretty dirty! They need more stringent checks from the Signature group to enforce and double check the cleanings!!

My fiance and I stay here every time we go to Las Vegas because its quiet and we are Never disappointed and were always greeted by the front desk with a smile. This time our experience was a little different. There was only one person at the front desk and she did not seem to be happy to be there, no smile and very little eye contact. That wasn't all, when waiting in our room for the bellhop to bring up our luggage, upon receiving our luggage, we thanked the bellhop but we were then asked if there was any other way we could thank him. My fiance and i were shocked at the question. I immediately stated we had just arrived and hadn't gone to an ATM yet....my question is....is this something new that the bellhops are allowed to ask? Then, the next morning we were woken up by someone talking very loud in the hallway and it happened to be housekeeping. We are heavy sleepers and usually sleep through anything but the loudness was a little excessive. We don't like to complain but we thought it may help with any on the job training.This will not deter us from staying here again but hoping its not an ongoing issue since we really love this location!

The Signature is fantastic, near everything and has a monorail station at the MGM which takes you to the entire strip. The only issue we had was the mattress in our room - definitely needs to be replaced. The suites are gorgeous, very spacious. Location and safety are excellent on the property.

Very surprised at how the room was overall. Always been very clean and nice. This time not so much. Could tell it had not been vacuumed in some time. Very dusty. Kitchen was not clean. And the bathroom oh my. Dirty sinks toilet barely flushed and mold in the shower. Then on Saturday night we got back and parking for our tower was full so they had us go park at mgm and we had to walk back. Very disappointed in this visit.

Well, the rooms are dumps. I had a group of 8 rooms that looked very dated. Be sure to go through a checkout process like in 1994, or they will wait until your car arrives before holding you hostage for a late checkout fee of 59 bucks. Also, make sure that when the maid knocks at 745 a.m. to clean your room, you don't tell her to come back later; she never does. They don't give you any map when you check-in, and the spare maps they do have, don't have a "you are here" sticker. By the 4th or 5th day, you should have a good lay of the land.
