We asked for help to change our reservations and were given wrong information at the desk, resulting in being charged for an extra night we did not stay there. We tried to negotiate, but the hotel refused to return our money even tho we explained we were following the direction given to us from the front desk. It was horrible!

Entire hotel smells like mold and cigarettes. Stains all over the counters and fridge. Hotel front desk is rarely there and when they are they seem annoyed by you. Stay elsewhere

Awful room
These rooms were awful. I will attach pictures. Room was dirty. The towel picture was how dirty the floor was outside the shower after the towel was on the floor after one shower. It is an extended stay but also rents daily I think they should be separating the extended stay and the normal stays. The whole entire bustling smelled so bad. The safe didn’t communicate well. We had a lot of things wrong in our room Exhaust fan not working Sink leaked Tub leaked The thermostats on the wall was broken but the thermostats on the AC said not to control it from there The paint was chipping from the ceiling Sheets dirty Floor dirty The TV was at eye level and hard to watch from the bed Condensation from the shower because the exhaust fan didn’t work actually created a water puddle on the floor There was no positives to this stay and way over priced. Do not like the pictures make you think they are good because it’s not.

I would not recommend staying here. The room itself was sad. Light fixtures were in disarray. No USB chargers. Front desk didn't have any spare USB blocks. The AC rattled when it was on. No ice machine. Vending machine was wonky. Two plastic cups were in the bathroom. At checkout the manager hardly paid attention until I told him I wanted to check out. Could not wait to get out of there.

Dated and cleanliness subpar. Floor sticky. I used Clorox wipes to clean it and it was filthy!! Stale smoke odor in room. Very uncomfortable bed. Drapes old and hooks broken. Will not stay again.

Prices too high for what you get (nothing) When they say breakfast, they mean coffee, instant oatmeal, and granola bars. It took the one person checking in guest over 20 min to check in the two in front of me(didn’t help that the first customer could not understand a word spoken to her -employees please be able to speak clearly to communicate with your customers and not be frustrated when customer doesn’t understand you.) (also need more than one person to check guest in) Carpet in front was worn and had ripples in it.the smell in front area and halls was musty and rank. The smell of pot in the parking lot did not make me feel safe. Room has full fridge , very small microwave, small counter with sink.( not stocked with anything- so no coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, utensils, dish ware, pots and pans . I mean nothing! Icing on the cake was they do not have an ice machine- what hotel doesn’t have an ice machine? Them! ( no ice trays in room to even try to make ice. It is a basic room that if you want anything you better bring it or go buy it. Will gladly pay more to get basic amenities hotels normally have , evey hotel ever stayed but here. Definitely lower tier chain. Will never stay here again. Very disappointed in lack of customer service and lack to be helpful.

I have many pictures that I took of the bathroom, dust ruffles around the bed chair at desk and the floor was very dirty. I walked around in my white socks for a few minutes and they are filthy. I felt this room other than the beds was unfit for human habitation. I’m going to send copies of my pictures to your corporate office or to whoever is in charge of Extended Stay of America.

Not for me
Unfortunately, I was seeking a hotel to stay for 2 weeks. The room smelled horrible as well as the hallways. The bed was not a queen size bed, maybe a double and very uncomfortable. The refrigerator, stovetop and cabinets were disgusting. The bathroom toilet was loose, the shower curtain was dirty. I LITERALLY laid sat up, fully clothed hoodie and socks to cover my entire body all night long. I was trying to find another hotel close by. By check out time, I finally said forget it and just took this lost to go stay where the pay is high but the quality is comfortable. I can say that this was a last minute decision for me, so I can not say others may like this hotel, so I wouldn't completely rule it out, for others. I just learned, for myself, this hotel is a NO NO for any near or future plans.

It appears there are long term guests staying in this facility, it appears more like an residential apartment complex than a hotel. Advertised as breakfast included but we were told at the check in that it was grab and go, when we went during the breakfast hours, the table was empty - the receptionist told us that there didn't receive the delivery. Bed and shower were ok.

Outdated, room had cigarette odor. Room had been cleaned but with the age of furniture and carpet it appeared dirty and smelled old. Bed was comfortable Air conditioning unit worked well but the fan was very loud.

Receptionist checking in was very friendly but there was hardly anyone at the desk when walking by. We waited 5 minutes at early morning checkout, when no one appeared we left the keys on the counter and walked out. Room was well used by many. Bureau draws were broken, wire racks instead of a closet. Towels were thin and scratchy but you could trade in used towels at the desk for clean ones. One tiny tube with shampoo (enough for one person to use once). Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. No daily trash service. Room came with a large refrigerator, small cook top, a microwave and a sink for dishes. That made it easy to purchase food for a multiple night stay. If you're looking for a utilitarian space to save a few dollars this will do but it's not what you get in a hotel.
