불쾌했던 3일! 여기 오지 마세요
아주별로였습니다. 방은 지하처럼 지상에서 몇개단 내려간곳이 였고 방 곳곳에 먼지도 많았습니다. 커피메이커는 망가져 있었고 사전에 요청한 것들은 하나도 되어 있지 않았습니다. 심지어 매일 청소해 달라고 체크인시 이야기 했는데 두번째 날은 리스트에 없다고 청소도 안해줬고 아이들이 있어서 타월이랑 시트도 갈아야되니 청소부탁을 다시 했는데도 불구하고 메니져한테 물어본다고 하더니 프론트에서 연락도 없었습니다. 3박을 지내는데 불쾌하고 불편한 마음으로 객실 슬리퍼도 가운도 바디샴푸도 없는 힐튼호텔에서 지내다 갔습니다.

Our bathroom had mold in it. Bathroom looked like they did a quick cheap upgrade to it. Hair still on walls and toilet. food crumbs on desk table and chair.

I loved that I was able to check in via the app and use the digital key, that saved time. I also appreciated that I was able to request extra pillows and towels to be put in my room before my arrival!

Nothing bad to say, great location for my itinerary. Not quite a 4 star hotel although the name and branding suggest your getting a deal. Could use some updating but nothing really spectacular. Easy access from express way, mall very close by food in area is mid. Homeless population near by in underpass wash.

This was my first time here and my experience was a pleasant one. My friend was having a large party in the ballroom, so I decided to book a one-night stay! The hotel is conveniently right off the 60 Freeway and is located directly across the street from The Shops at Montebello which has many places to eat-BJ's Brewhouse, Olive Garden and a Lucilles Smokehouse! My check-in process was easy (thank you Billy) and he gave me two freshly baked chocolate chip cookies :) The rooms were very clean and very well kept, bed was super comfy. The ballroom was very nice and the hotel employees provided excellent service to all of the guest's. I Hope to stay at another DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in the near future.

The service at Doubletree is always great, friendly staff, and great customer service. Never again will I book from Expedia ( 3rd party) again The way it was booked made it difficult for staff at Doubletree to check us in.

Room was terrible ! Sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain . Had to call someone to fix . Bathroom door was broken and would not lock . Shower had a mystery “brown stain” . Would never stay at this property again!

Our stay is okay. The hotel serves its purpose. There was a reservation mistake, but no big deal. We changed rooms once, and realized how different rooms can be. The first one is noisy, smelly, outdated shower. The second one is quieter, newer shower. I would say you should choose this hotel based on location, not the hotel itself.

Yes, its true, the property is old and desperately in need of an update, but my stay was great. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, the staff was amazing, interqcted mostly with Cybthia at the front and she was very knowledgeable, courteous and service oriented. I get that some people go into an establishment looking for a resson to complain, but i have no reason to regarding this property. Oh, and free parking...in an L.A. area hotel... totally unheard of!!!

Everything was good but was not able to sleep good to much noice in the upstairs room mostly all night talk to front desk twice and they told me they were going to send security to quiet them but the noise continued . That’s the only problem I had.

Not adequate for a Hilton honors hotel Doubletree. The room smelled like smoke, the shower water temperature could not not sustain a constant temperature, the shower & adjoining wall paint was peeling & the carpet was dirty.

Stay two nights on 2/2 & 2/3/2024. The first day before midnight when we took the shower there was only hot water come out. There was no control to the water temperature at all. We requested the repair before we went out around 8 in the next morning. When we return to the hotel after 1 am and the shower problem was not fixed. We reported to the front desk and unfortunately the engineer left. The customer service rep had bad attitude & said we should report it last night not in the morning. She agreed to let us change to another room but have to pack everything and leave the room first. I asked can we switch to another room, took the shower first and move our stuffs afterward because we were tired? The answer was ‘NO’. It was 1:30 am and there is no customer service at all. I would not stay here again.

Depending on where your room is located parking is not that great staff and service was definitely great overall the hotel is a little outdated but rooms were comfortable and clean. Lots of dining options around the area with a mall across the street would definitely stay again
