I booked this hotel specifically for the water slide and the hot tub for my elderly parents bad backs. The water slide worked for about 15 minutes then it broke. The hot tub was down my whole stay. I bought 2 rooms and in both rooms the shower didn't get hot. The vending machine didnt work properly. The only great thing I found at my stay was the nice man that made the breakfast he was friendly, understanding and made me feel comfortable. Overall I'm disappointed with my stay

The staff and everything was excellent, but unfortunately, we were not aware that the hot tub was broken until we got there and it was broken for both days and I even tried to do my Expedia Insurance file a claim but it wouldn’t let me do that. Staff could’ve tried to make it right, but unfortunately, since we went through, Expedia wouldn’t help at all and they couldn’t fix anything because it didn’t work, but we loved the shampoo and conditioner and stuff the pillows were soft everything was clean, and the staff was amazing. Although the second day Saturday the water was cold.

The room: Has a fridge, microwave, great working thermostat, good water pressure, and very comfortable beds. Tv is on the small side. The staff: Very friendly The pool: Husband and I LOVED the hot tub. Perfect temperature. Water and tub was very clean. Our 5 year old is >42inches, so she got to enjoy the big slide all on her own with other kids. The pool and tub is only 3’ deep, so we could relax knowing our kid could stand up in the pool. The pool is well kept. Definitely would stay again. Breakfast: sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, juices, muffins

Upon arrival at midnight there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot which had me kinda nervous but the front desk staff was so nice it eased my nerves. The room was fairly clean a tad dated but for the price I have no complaints! The shower was kinda strange the way it was tucked away in the bathroom but it got me clean.
