방은 깨끗했지만, 실내가 굉장히 어두웠어요. 주변 지역의 분위기가 좋지 않았고, 밤에는 조심해야 할 것 같았습니다. 주차장은 투숙객만 들어올 수 있어서 차는 안전할 것 같다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 조식도 꽤 잘나오는 편이고, 호텔 직원들이 굉장히 친절했습니다. 와이파이가 굉장히 느립니다.

호텔에 있다는 수영장에는 거품이 둥둥 떠 있고, 크기도 정말 작습니다. 더군다나 수영장이 실내에 있네요... 호텔이라기 보다는 Model6와 같은 모텔 수준이며 객실도 청결하지 않습니다. 하워드가 다 나쁜 것은 아닌 것 같고(LA에 있는 다른 하워드 호텔은 리노베이션을 해서 그런지 깨끗하고 코리안타운 안에 있어서 걸어서 한인식당들을 이용할 수 있어 좋았습니다), 이 호텔만 안 좋은 것 같습니다. 주차장은 뒤쪽편에 있는데, check-in 시 받은 카드키로 주차장 문을 열 수 있습니다. 주차장 문이 큰 철조망으로 되어 있어 감옥에 들어가는 듯한 느낌이 드네요... 가격대비 별루입니다.

Although clean enough, the facility is old and dark, and not in a good neighborhood. The room smelled of cleaning solution which we did not like. We were uncomfortable leaving our car parked there, although it was gated with a sign saying Park at Your Own Risk (which does not instill much confidence). I suppose for the money you probably cannot expect more. Staff was nice though, but the breakfast is not worth eating - muffins/dry cereal. Unfortunately we will not stay here again. Disappointed in Expedia.

NOT WHAT I PAID FOR N WANTED.
I was very disappointed ☹️ because when we arrived they had us in a suite but it was smoking. I’m asmátic so no we could not take the suite . I called you n I wrote the Name down I don’t have it handy . We cancel that booking and made another one . But it was not a suite I was charged more n was given a room with two double beds . Not what I WANTED!! Very DISAPPOINTED!!!

I was traveling with my 70 year old mother. We were not able to sleep at all. The noise level was terrible. Constant yelling, door slamming. we moved to another hotel. I will not stay there again. I’m having a terrible time getting a refund for the 2 nights we did not stay there.

I was told I havent paid, chared me twice, then said it was a mistake, Adrian extremely rude. Horrible place. Extremely loud. Will never stay there again.

The complimentary breakfast didn't have eggs or yogurt-- basically, no form of protein, unless you got cold cereal with milk. You could BUY yogurt (for twice what it cost in a store). Also, there was no indoor pool, and it was in the 60s when I was there, so I'm not sure why the outdoor pool was open-- maybe just so they could claim they had a pool.

Back security gate always open, non smoking room right next to smoking area, always smelled like smoke Staff could not give information about the area activities Roll away bed not useable due to no support disappointed in breakfast, no protein.

Visiting family
Was easy to get to and to travel to locations we needed. Staff was very helpful with questions about the area. We always had clean room, bath room supplied, and trash emptied. Staff would always say hello, and make sure at breakfast if we needed something or help with our seating. Breakfast wish there was more variety of fruit. Hotel is right across from fire department but we did not have lot of noise problem.
