Property was hard to access due to renovation. Water was off when we tried to take a shower and use the toilet about 7:00 a.m . Property was clean and the room was attractive and comfortable.

Wrong time
This is a catch 22. The place is great. They are in progress of some needed upgrades but unfortunately our stay coincided with renovation. The noise from 8am thru day was horrible. But the staff was great. Very apologetic. I have no issues with using this Hampton again as long as the renovations are over

Check-in at the property was very quick and easy. You have to use your room key in the elevator to get access to the floors to your rooms. Which i thought gave a nice feeling of additional security. The breakfast was really good as well. Checkout was done in seconds. Which was really nice. If you're in tbe Massillon area & need a place to rest your head. I highly recommend this property.

Very nice staff. Clean. Good breakfast and clean eating area. Nice decor. Did not care for driving through parking garage to get to motel as the ceiling was low and pickup truck only had couple of inches of clearance.

Family stay
Hampton Inn was the perfect choice for all the family members to convene. Rooms were spacious and accommodating while having plenty of beds, bathrooms and amenities. Breakfast and coffee big bonus when traveling with a large group!

One of the better Hamptons I've been to. Very nice rooms, lobby, and service. Not bad for a weekend getaway.

Nice property. I hear is getting a renovation so that will be nice. Quiet easy walk to downtown for local fun and food. Had an issue with our heater unit replace within 30 minutes quick friendly service

Would have liked a bigger bar of soap or two small ones. I really liked the brand of body soap and buy some for my home. So, if my only “dislike” is the soap size, I’d say you did real good. Definitely would stay again. AF from Tennessee.

Upon our early arrival we asked of the availability of a room, understanding that there might not be one. Any request, early check-in, or a room on the first floor, was met with a grimace and a sigh. We waited for 3 plus hours, and the only person to check with us was the maintenance staff. Both individuals at the front desk couldn’t be bothered with us. On the other hand the housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and efficient, and the AM front desk man was pleasant and hospitable. The other two front desk staff could learn something about customer service.

Not particularly convenient to enter the building. No front door at ground level. Have to enter the building through a parking garage and take an elevator up to the lobby level.

The customer service was excellent. The house keeping and the kitchen staff we very good. Nice breakfast also. Would stay there again.

Excellent hotel in Massillon.
Our room was sparkling clean and very large. We enjoyed breakfast but would suggest using regular utensils as plastic does not easily cut a waffle. Loved the waffle station. We miss the cookies they used to provide at the front desk. ( That was 10 years ago.) sta for was very friendly. Parking was easy in the garage.

The day we checked in there was a storm and a power outage. The staff very was kind about it and it was not their fault, but the stay was just ok. No cable, no lights in the bathroom, no elevators. The stairways at the hotel are very sketchy, reminded me of a subway and they stink. Doors and signs in stairway are less than adequate. We went in the wrong direction and ended up outside in the cold and rain. Had to go all the way around the building and back into garage to get in the building stairwell again. Carrying suitcases up and down several flights of stairs made this was a very uncomfortable part of our stay.

Nice hotel. Everything within walking distance
Came to town to attend a show at the Lincoln Theater. Everything I needed, Store to pick up water and snacks, restaurants and the theater were all within a 5 minute walking distance. Staff was friendly and the room was nice and comfortable. Would stay again if given the chance

I had several travel delays and ended up checking in at 3 am. The staff that greeted me made me feel very welcome after everything that I'd went through to get there. They even did late check-out for me so I could get some more rest. I highly recommend this location!
