Terrible housekeeping service
초기 방 컨디션이나 에어컨디셔닝 그리고 화장실 상태는 다 괜찮았는데, 하우스키핑이 문제가 많았습니다. 문 밖에 사인을 제거하고 안에 들여놓았는데도 하우스키핑을 6일 연속으로 안해주어서 리셉션에 틀레임을 걸었으나 그 다음 날에도 하우스키핑이 되지 않았습니다. 또 몇 안되는 하우스키핑 날 마저도 시간이 제각각이어서 스케쥴을 맞추기가 어려웠습니다.

No hot water / Very noise at night (Train)
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. This hotel will be remembered as the worst hotel I have stayed in for the following reasons. 1. No hot water came out at all. Also, the water pressure was low, so it was very difficult to take a shower. 2. The train is very noisy. The trains seem to pass by almost every 5 minutes, and even looking at the train schedule, the last train is around 2 am. I can't sleep because of the train noise, so if you plan to stay at this hotel, be sure to bring earplugs. 3. The smell of marijuana. At least in the 12th-floor hallway, we were able to smell weed. I don't know about the other floors, but I don't think anyone would like to expect to smell marijuana in a hotel.

It was a quiet neighborhood, but the sound of the subway was occasionally noisy. I expected them to clean my room one of the three days, but they didn't. If you want to clean, tell the staff directly. Except for this, everything was good.

호텔 들어올때 큰 트렁크가 있었는데 계단을 통해 들어와야해서 힘들었고 룸에서는 옆방에서 화장실 쓰는 소리같은게 다 들리고 에어컨도 이상하게 작동하네요. 다음엔 묵고싶지않아요.

My last visit to this property was absolutely terrible. No sleep first night loud people all night long on both sides. 2nd night 4 families on my floor together allowed their kids to run up and down the hall in between rooms screaming and slamming doors. They moved up to a higher floor and I was woke up by drunk guests wandering up and down the hallway and a party going on down the hall. I called front desk and they sent some little old man "security" to knock on door and tell them there was a noise complaint. It didnt phase them. I could look out my peephole and see drunk people wandering around with drinks in hand even stopped in front of my door. I did not feel safe. Parking garage is nasty dirty and the door to get in with your luggage is inconvenient with your hands full. I stayed here because it was a convenient location, however the service is terrible if you need a hood night of sleep.

The lady (i forget her name) was so very nice and respectful. She had the most beautifulest smile the whole time. She took interest in my life, and gave positive feed back. Thank u to her. Being that she was the first person of contact, she represented the hotel in a lovely way.

The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. The room was very clean and has a lot amenities, they even gave you free water bottles when you checked in. They also provided free water in the lobby for you to take at your leisure. Vehicle wise, There is only one entrance into the parking garage and it has a very steep incline. Parking was also $18 a night, but otherwise I loved my stay.

As soon as we entered our room we discovered pubic hair in the tub and in the bathroom floor and reported it. Because they were not able to take care of it that evening no one in our room could shower in the morning. When we returned we found they had cleaned up part of the hair but not all. It was clear they did not clean.

I've been staying here once a year for like the past 15 years. It's changed hands a number of times, and right now it's about as good as it's been. Clean, quiet, and a great location close to lots of restaurants. Getting up to the garage requires going up a scary ramp, but that's a small issue for an otherwise fine place to stay.
