The staff were accessible, friendly, and very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. We like that it was quiet, shopping nearby and a great local dive bar in walking distance. The price was right as well

Stayed in 1 king bed room. Seemed like it was remodeled recently. The room was spacious and clean. Location was good being close to grocery stores and restaurants.

All in all, the staff were polite enough, but I wouldn't stay here again. The TV satellite system was not working (hence no TV in any of the rooms) and the staff couldn't do anything to correct it. I was in a room on the end that backed up to an outside alley way. There were people outside (homeless? druggies?) talking loud enough that I heard them until 1:30-2:00 AM. The heater was very loud and it cycled off and on during the night, waking me up. I finally turned it off.

the rooms are really very nice having been recently renovated. The staff in the office were very nice as well. the only thing to be aware of is there is a Motel 6 next door but did not see anything real sketchy. I would stay here again if in the area.

Clean and nice room. Noisy due to street traffic. If they replaced the windows with double pane, not only helps with noise it would help with AC and heat running alot.

You could tell it had been an old motel, but was redone, clean and comfy…only 7 minutes by car from downtown napa…we only slept there so was fine!!! Napa is pretty pricey Morning desk person not as nice as the afternoon one

Clean and updated! Friendly staff.
Due to a delayed flight, we had to check in after lobby hours, but the staff was extremely communicative and clear about how to check in on our own. Although the hotel is older, it has been completely remodeled and updated. Great stay!

I had a great stay at Chablis Inn. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had to check in late and they provided a way for me to do so. The room was clean and comfortable. My only caution is the surrounding area isn’t the best. I felt a little weary going from my car to room alone at night. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would stay there again in the future.

An unruly couple arrived next door to our room around midnight and commenced to scream and yell at each other. (Imagine horror movie screams) this went on for over three hours. I called the night manager around 3:00 a.m. and her response was “I don’t know what to do”. The screaming match went on for another hour and a half so we were deprived of nearly five hours of sleep. The owners response the next morning was “oh well”. No apology, no explanation no nothing. The night manager’s response shows a total lack of training and the owner’s response shows a total disregard for the safety and quiet enjoyment of the premises which is a basic right when renting a room. Will never stay there again and strongly recommend you choose the same path. Clearly the worst night of any motel/hotel in our 50 years of travel. Stay there at your own risk!

There was a great deal of noise and activity at 3 am Sunday morning. There was also a great deal of transient and police activity. The only food available are at a supermarket nearby and a Roundtable Pizza. There aren't any vending machines on site! Downtown Napa is driving distance and the location of the property isn't very appealing. An adjacent motel has a heavy security presence.Way over priced!!!

Our room was recently renovated Everything in tire room is brand new, clean, and well designed. The mattresses were very comfortable and we slept soundly. Despite being near the freeway we did not hear it. The 8-10” shower head is adjustable and gives a very nice siste spray, The Inn is five minutes from downtown Napa, and very easy to drive there and back. I would stay there again. Price was very reasonable.

The room was clean and adequately supplied, although the towels were like sandpaper. The worst part was the lack of insulation as a sound barrier between the rooms. We heard the people in the adjacent room and outside in the parking lot for hours in the evening and early morning. The inn is right next to a homeless shelter, and it just doesn't feel like a safe neighborhood.

The room was clean and larger than others we had rented, staff (Elizabeth) was awesome in helping us with dining and sight seeing options. It is close to most everything-we extended the stay to two nights! I highly recommend the Chablis Inn.

Looks nice until you use the features.
The fan in the bathroom did not work so my shower was steamy and hot and couldn’t see in the mirror. AC did not cool down the room and was loud throughout the night as it went on and off. If you got up in the middle of the night the lights from the bed lit up automatically and the entire room was bright and woke everyone up.

Absolutely perfect!
Thank you Chablis Inn for the most wonderful Napa experience! The property is very quaint and private, quiet, and very comfortable. As well as handy to all local amenities. The staff was not only welcoming but even invited my grandchildren who live local to come enjoy the pool. The lady even came out and greeted and played with them! I would give this place 100 stars if I could! Thank you Chablis for everything and I will never stay anywhere else! 🙏

This was the perfect convenient stay! Some of the best prices in Napa. I only needed a place for one night and this location was fantastic. It took only about 10-30 minutes to get to all the food places and wineries I wanted to hit. We stayed in room 113 and it was newly renovated, clean, comfortable beds and bedding. It also had a really nice vanity area as well. Free and easy parking. Would stay again!

Last minute overnighter
Last minute decision to stay in Napa. It was an easy check in process. Room was really nice and clean, bed was very comfortable. Will go back another time to be able to take advantage of the pool and hot tub.
