Bathroom hot water was difficult. Did not last long… and cud use more parking… or area for those with trailers, or equipment. To park & not use regular parking spots

My check-in was fast and easy. My room was clean and had a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable. My room faced the highway so there was minor traffic noise, but turning on the fan on the heating/cooling unit blocked it. On my last evening there was no hot water and sit in the water line told me s repair had been made. I had great hot water in the morning. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and coffee each morning. Checkout was a breeze.

Average hotel which is good. Minor issues like the tub plug is broken, extra broken microwave??, etc. overall clean and satisfied with this unexpected stay.

Walls are super thin!! Lots of kids next to us that stayed up til 1 am. Breakfast was hot and very tasty!! Staff was friendly and courteous. Heat/air unit was a little tricky but it worked.

Everything was very clean, the windows could use a little cleaning. And a little cosmetic repair here and there is needed. But over all very satisfied with our stay.

I bought this hotel. Do the location and it is actually fifteen minutes further from my location than it stated when booked. Otherwise nice hotel.

Loved staying here! Super convenient location, nice facilities. Staff was super friendly. Suprisingly wonderful continental breakfast every morning! I'm rating 4 stars becuase the indoor pool was not heated and there was no table in the suite I had booked. Other than that it was simply fantastic.

Bed was comfortable, large spacious room. The only negative was the ac/heating unit wasn’t great and the sinks drained slow.

Adequate, need better quality control for fixtures
I understand the property was recently renovated. The lobby and guest area on the main level were nice and the staff was very accommodating. Though I didn't see any signs of it, perhaps some of the improvements were still being made. In any case, after investing in a full makeover of the lobby and common areas, it seemed strange that they hadn't painted the frame around the elevator for quite some time, and the inside wall panels were chipped and worn. Not a big deal, but stood out, since the rest of the space seemed new. First room was disappointing...very cheap/maybe broken desk chair, shower rod wasn't installed properly & kept bathroom door from opening completely, leaking fridge & one of the lights to the side of the bed didn't light. Assumed it needed a bulb replaced. In any case, they offered to move me to a different room without any hassle. When getting to the second room, just down the hall, the chair was different and much better quality, the fridge wasn't leaking, and once I discovered one of the side lights for the bed had been unplugged, both lights worked. Unfortunately, the incorrect installation of the shower rod in the bathroom seems to be an error repeated by the renovation crew, as it also sagged in the middle, due to the brackets being hung incorrectly, which didn't allow the door to open all the way.

Patron beware
Before I made my arrival I contacted the hotel directly to check on my reservation and to ask if their rooms come with a jacuzzi. I was told yes spoke with the front desk clerk he stated his name was G. I was told due to me booking through a third party he wasn’t able to make any changes against company policy. I was told he could notate my account to do an upgrade room and I would just have to pay $60 but I had to pay in cash and it needed to be given to him directly which I did say okay but at the same time I didn’t think that was company policy that made me feel uncomfortable. He called me on my arrival date to ask me about what time would I be arriving I told him it would be late bcuz I had a 9 hour drive it would be late that night he said okay he would be leaving at 3:00pm but I could just stop by the front desk the next morning to give him the $60 in cash. I checked in about 10:10pm it was another guy slim build there with white hair & white facial hair not a strong accent like the guy that I spoke with or called me. He didn’t even know what type room I had booked he said it was blocked and he couldn’t tell me if I had the upgrade or not I paid by card got my keys and went to my room 225 the room, I expected for a suite it was small, the kitchen faucet was rusted out it looked like a build up of mold so I chose not to touch the faucet. The restroom door had a hole in the door the toilet wasn’t cleaned it had urine around the base part and hair in the floor and tub.

We’ve stayed here several times. It’s convenient to Cedarville University, and is one of the cheaper options.

Mini fridge was not working when we checked in and were told it had to go through a defrost cycle first before it would be cooling and would take 2-3 hours. Small kitchenette area was not very useful, empty cabinets and no dish washing products. Obviously, an older hotel- bathroom was not upgraded, very low toilet (height) that ran a lot after flushing, shower curtain rod was bent so curtain would not stay shut, no ventilation in the bathroom (no fan). Bed was comfortable and AC/heater system was relatively quiet.
