The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful! Also the waiters were so nice and friendly. We felt very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was right in the center of Playa del Carmen and just a few footsteps to the clubs and bars but still very quite so that we could sleep very well. The tours to Chichen Itza and Tulum we have booked at La Tortuga hotel were cheaper than at other hotels :-) and the included buffet was great. We can highly recommend this hotel! Especially thanks to the nice staff!

Sans commentaire sur cet établissement. On se retrouve,porte ferme à 23h30 à playa del Carmen. Sans aucun mail pour nous informer que cet établissement était fermé. C est honteux! Et laisser des clients dans une ville ou on connait personne c est inadmissible!! Devoir aussi repayer un autre hôtel ça pénalise sur le budget vacances faire des excursions ou des extras . VIVE LES VACANCES

The hotel itself was in the perfect location, very clean and nice. Pretty quiet for being basically on 5th ave. The pool área is very pretty and the staff are super friendly. However at 7:30 in the morning after staying there for one night they banged on the door and said we had to evacuate for a gas leak. They moved us to a condo building that didn’t offer included breakfast, was way further from 5th ave and was just not as nice. We weren’t super happy about that so my friend and I went back to the hotel a little later in the morning to see when we could come back and apparently the hotel got shut down for good? However we voiced our dislike of the new place they got us and they had us moved to a beautiful condo in the perfect location within 20 minutes. Really awesome staff, just a disappointing situation.

I booked a flight + hotel through Expedia at this property for one night. My flight down was delayed then reschedule due to airline staffing by 28 hours. This made me unable to attend my reservation. It was quite frustrating that neither Expedia nor the hotel were willing/able to do anything about it. While I’m sure the property would be lovely if I had been able to see it, I will be avoiding making any future reservations at this property.

Central location for good adventures
Internet connection needs to be improved definitely. Mainly available in surrounding of reception area. Mosquitos can be a nuisense.

La ubicación del hotel está excelente, a media cuadra de cocobongo y una cuadra de la quinta, tiene alberca, spa, bar, restaurante. Lo único malo es que el agua de la regadera y para bañarse, huele asqueroso, horrible,cuando te bañas llegas a tomar sin querer y sabe espantoso, si se quieren lavar los dientes les aconsejo que compren su botellita de agua.

The property is close to convenience stores, pharmacies, Walmart, ADO bus station, Banks, and 5 avenue, I mean like no more than 10 minutes away. The hotel itself is a gem, with rooms that surround a beautiful court yard with mature coconut trees and other flora and an incredible swimming pool that winds its way around this court yard with canals And steps going to the balconies on the first floor rooms. Because of the enclosed court yard, no noise comes in from the street, real quiet. There is a restaurant Attached to the court yard and to the street, great food and not expensive, fantastic service, you are served very quickly. I very much enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave, the rooms were great with super quiet air conditioning, comfortable pillow top beds and nice full comfortable pillows. My room opened to a nice size balcony overlooking the court yard, was totally blown away. Again a terrific place to stay and enjoy Playa Del Carmen.

El personal de la recepción debe estar bien informado si venden paquetes turisticos Si uno compra Xcaret y preguntar si se necesitar llevar traje baño y dice que no, asi informa mal al huespeded.

Mygg på rommet
Hotellet er veldig fint. Den eneste negative er at det var utrolig mange mygg på rommet mitt. Det var en slags åpning i taket, som gjorde at det alltid kom nye mygg inn. Jeg sleit derfor veldig med å nyte oppholdet mitt da jeg endte opp med utrolig mange myggstikk.

Auf den Bildern sieht alles sehr schön aus allerdings ist der Zustand des Hotels nicht gerade gut. Der Pool war nicht wirklich sauber und auch die Zimmer waren nicht in einem guten Zustand.

Lo que no me gusto, que dos veces, estando en la habitacion, llego un chico abriendo la habitacion, con una llave, preguntamos a la recepción de quien se trataba, nos dijeron que desconocían, que solo tenian acceso las chicas del aseo, que no identificaban a la persona. Es incomoda esa situacion y vulnera la seguridad y privacidad del huesped

I loved the room. We had a room that had a patio right before the entry of the room. It overlooked the pool. The Air conditioning in the room was great and the large windows,decor and lay out of the room were great. I loved that it was walking distance from the main road in Playa del carmen and walking distance to the ferry pier. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Excelente estadía
Excelente estadía, muy confortable y bien ubicado. La piscina es una delicia, es un oasis de tranquilidad en una ciudad muy ruidosa. El personal muy amable y las habitaciones son cómodas y bien equipadas. Podrían ser más claros con las reglas de descuentos con el restaurant porque cada vez que íbamos a pagar el descuento ofrecido no era viable.

I really enjoyed my staying at the hotel. It is a beautiful oasis in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Very peaceful and perfect to relax. Room was clean, staff was always polite and helpful. The pool is amazing. Breakfast in the restaurant is also great with many choices from the meny. I would definitely go back!

The room was spacious and had two queen size beds which was perfect for myself and my mum. The pool was fantastic and the hotel was lovely and quiet even in such a close location to 5th Avenue. Great location and lovely staff!

Very cozy place to stay and very quiet even though it is next to nightclubs and busy streets. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times

Always a gem! Very relaxing and beautiful property. Anytime we're in the area we try to spend at least one or two nights here. The staff is the best!
