It sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding related to the duration of your stay. We did have two rooms that had water damage due to a guest leaving his water on. We thought we would have them ready, and we did not. We strive to ensure all reservations are handled correctly to keep our guests satisfied and comfortable. We did get your reservation moved to another Marriott and paid for the room for the inconvenience.
