We were there 3 nights. The coffee was completely undrinkable, so I had to drive to bring coffee back. The position of the sun this time of year caused a blinding glare off the floor into the breakfast room, so no one could sit facing the entrance. A rug or curtain would have made it tolerable. Staff did their jobs OK, but seemed generally unenthusiastic about being there.

Pleasant check in. Convenient room location overall quiet spot for me and dog companion. Dispensery next door produces a great deal of pot / weed odor. The Tv didn’t work nor could I flush the toilet without lifting the back lid. Why build a hotel next to a major highway installing single pane windows? Although the room was 1990s dated, it was cleaned very well. 👍

We accidently left a car key fob in our room and they called us the same morning and set it aside so that we could pick it up the next week on our way home.

This was my third one week stay at the hotel over the last year and a half. That speaks for itself. The rooms are large, clean and well maintained. The staff are super - friendly, helpful and efficient. The full breakfast is great and the fresh baked cookies every night were a great treat. Have absolutely no complaints! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have pets. I feel that we were given the shabbiness of rooms because of this. There were holes in the carpet in various areas and the carpet was all torn away from the front door and bathroom door. The tile in the bathroom already had hair on it when we arrived. Both bed skirts were torn and hanging on the floor. Out pets are not destructive and we brought our dogs crate when we were out of the room

Hotel is located right on the turnpike, so very convenient. It was priced much cheaper than hotels in nearby Ponca City the weekend of a wrestling tournament. The guy who checked us in was very friendly, even at 10pm. Pool was heated, but small and the pool room was frigid. Breakfast was awesome compared to many free hotel breakfasts, especially for a budget hotel.

The room was clean. But without water coming out of the faucets made it hard to ever go back.

This place was quite a disappointment based on the high ratings and reviews we had read. Our room had no toilet paper roll holder, a towel bar coming out of the wall, a smoke detector hanging out of the ceiling, and a door that hung on loose hinges which got stuck on the rubber threshold causing it to not open properly. The room was very noisy due to loud fridge, heater, and toilet. They won’t program the room card keys to open the outside doors of the hotel or even the pool room. You have to ask a staff person just to use the hotel facilities. The staff were friendly and personable, but not what I would call professional. The breakfast was what you would expect with some hot, savory options available, but limited juice and fruit options, and no decaf. I should mention we were traveling with our dog, so perhaps they put us in a terrible room for that reason and the rest of the place is nicer. Either way, we won’t be returning.

So So Going down hill.
The tv didn’t work! The desk chair had no cushion and the recliner was beat up! They have a lot of construction workers stay here. And you can tell that by the furniture. It’s a dog room for puppies. Smells like it too! Our babies are six and haven’t went to the bathroom in the house in a lot of years!!!! My Queen Angel and I stay here several times a year while traveling this is why I know about the construction workers! The light humms the fridge does as well. The door to the room looks like it might fall off the hinges.

Very clean. One elevator was out of order and the other probably should have been. Only one ice machine on first floor. Beds were hard. Breakfast bagels were old, coffee was cold.
