Great stay for the weekend!!
Our stay was a great stay except for the diesel trucks sitting idling throughout the nights. That makes it hard to get a goodnights sleep. I wish you could have a breakfast buffet also. A current listing of restaurants with addresses would have been great help.

Thank you for your stay and letting us know about your time here. I do apologize for the trucks we do encourage them to park away from the building to assist with this. Yes Candlewood, as a brand, does not offer a breakfast. However, we do stock a large variety of items in the Cupboard to fill the need. Thank you again.

The stay was good. Room was clean. For a 2 queen room, there wasn't much space for 3 adults. But they accommodate for pets and my service dog was happy there. The overall cleanliness of the halls were not great as many construction workers tracked in dirt and mud.Everything else was as you'd expect from a modest hotel.

Just drove through and stayed for one night but it was a really nice place. Everything seemed super clean besides behind the bathroom door (floor needed to be swept/vacuumed) shower was excellent, best water pressure and they don’t use cheap no brand soaps, they had dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash! I would definitely recommend!

The water pressure was completely amazing! The staff were super friendly. Bed was super comfortable. The hotel was cleaned and so was our suite.

I booked and paid for my room. I was trying to go to a cave and visit the Ark Experience but I was relying on Google Maps and something messed up and it took me to a L & L Lumber Liquidators 2 hours in the opposite direction. I called and talked to the hotel before and told them I was planning to go to the ARK and would be checking in late. I called after I got lost and told them what happened and I was now 6 hours away. They ASSURED me my room was paid for and would be waiting whatever time I got there. Driving down dark, unlit, dirt roads with wildlife jumping in the road in front of me made that drive even slower. I got there at 3am and the girl at the desk told me they cancelled my room. I asked her what am I supposed to do and she told me "go to another hotel" I said but I PAID for this one, I am not paying for another one...she kinda shrugged at me. She told me there was nothing she could do, I asked if she expected me to sleep in my car in the parking lot when I had given them money for a room. She told me I didn't pay them, I paid Expedia and I could sleep where I wanted, just not in one of the hotels rooms. I demanded the name and number of the hotel manager and regional manager. SHE REFUSED to provide them. She called the manager,and suddenly there was a room available. She made me give her a new credit card, so I am pretty sure I paid Expedia AND the hotel for this room. VERY RUDE. She was the rudest person I dealt with on my whole trip. Stay next door!

As stated in previous responses, we are greatly sorry for all the trouble throughout your whole journey. I can feel your frustration as each review posted has become more intense. As explained at check out, the card given at check in only had a 10 authorization placed for incidentals which was released at check out. I also hope the extra hours extended where able to help with resting and resetting after the previous day. Best of luck on your future journeys.

It was super easy to check-in and get settled. Super nice room, gym, and pool. We would have liked to have had breakfast available, but we knew when we booked it that that was not an offer. Overall, very nice!!

Loved the staff, a few property items to address
First, I want to say the front desk people were top-notch--friendly and helpful. The cleanliness I gave an okay because there was a slight odor in the room when we entered that wasn't altogether pleasant. Not sure what it was. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were very clean. The condition of the room and bathroom was great; I gave the overall condition of the property an "okay" because the hallway carpet is wrinkled (as though it needs re-stretching). The room itself was comfortable, though.

Stayed here while visiting Canton for enshrinement weekend. Further away than I'd have preferred but the prices were not jacked up for HOF weekend. Property is clean, quiet, safe and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
