After asking about adjoining rooms 2 months in advance and being told they would try to accommodate it, the front staff informed me there were at first no rooms like this at their hotel. They were able to make it work after some pressure that shoudn’t have been needed. The indoor pool was open but was a cold 60 degrees due to broken equipment. Hot breakfast of eggs and sausage were ice cold (kind of a trend here). Served its purpose for the eclipse but that’s about it.

Safe, quiet, good Mexican restaurant next door. Ideal if you just need a place to stay at a reasonable rate.

The property was clean. When we arrived at 1am to check in there was no one at the front dest for about 20min. A man in his pajamas came out, a bit unprofestional. I realize we were checking in late, but I wasn't expecting anyone in there pajamas.

The experience wasn’t great. We were sent to a room that wasn’t ready, bed unmade and towels were in the floor. We were sent to another room with a bad smell. The third room was fine. The breakfast food seemed below average even for a hotel at the value end of the price scale. The property seemed fine. The staff member was quite nice. It seemed like there just needed to be some system improvements.

Y'all had me scared w the reviews on here but we had a very nice stay. No stink. Room was very nice. Pool definitely was a Lil chilly tho. We'd come again

Bathroom Sink looked like it was falling off; so much caulking. Carpet was peel and stick crummy squares. Very low end decor.

Broken elevator, dog barking, safety issues
My family and I stayed here late December 2023. At check in we were notified that the elevators didn't work and we were on the 2nd floor. In fact, the few people who were checking in before us had the same situation- lugging their belongings up a flight of stairs. Why they wouldn't put people on the 1st floor with a broken elevator is beyond me. As we were putting our kids to sleep at 9 we heard a dog crying/barking. We reported it to the front desk. They said they "knew the room" and would "check on things". It continued until around 11:30 when I finally fell asleep. Security was also an issue as the outside doors didn't latch. There was a sign on another door, so it's a known issue that hasn't been addressed. And the rear parking area seemed ignored/dangerous. There is lighting but the area is removed from EVERYTHING. If you're looking for a quiet and safe place to stay, this sadly isn't it. This was not the restful night of sleep we expected.

They fully checked us in and then said that the elevator was broke and we would have to take the stairs. And then, sorry no refund because this wasn’t disclosed upfront. Sorry.

Overall good stay
Elevator was out. No offer to help with luggage for 70+ seniors to 3rd floor. Room clean, stairs to 3rd very dirty. Breakfast staff helpful, friendly. Clean rooms. Don't expect to run out and gas up. Just do it the next morning on your drive. station 2 miles away-/but drive back took half hour and 3 tolls.

Not accommodating to the guests. 3 night stay, never cleaned the room. Had to request towels each day. Very noisy. Below average stay for $104. Clientele was suspect.

Reasonable Price but BEWARE!
Pros: Reasonable price. Nearby Mexican Restaurant with responsive staff and ok food. We were satisfied with the wheelchair accessible amenities. The room offered enough space for getting around the beds and the shower was fully accessible. CONS: HOWEVER... we paid for 2 queen beds but they were full-size instead. We asked for additional wash clothes and were given dirty shower mats and told "this is all we have." 80% of the outlets in the room were non-functional... literally out of 10 outlets only 2 worked!!! Our room was not cleaned at all for a 3 night stay... our trash cans were not even emptied... YUCK! They ran out of many breakfast foods when there was still 90 minutes of availability. Most staff members (with the exception of 2 extremely kind and responsive employees) were rude and absolutely useless.

Not Prepared For Guests Needing Accessibility
Hotel is not currently set up for guests needing accessibility. Elevator is halfway down building. Lacking essential grab bars in supposedly accessible room. Does not meet current ADA requirements.

My only problem with the place, was they didn’t let me know at check in, that housekeeping doesn’t come every day unless you ask. But they were very accommodating when I asked for anything extra.

This is not a pet friendly hotel. Expedia states it is, but the sign at the front desk says no pets. Service animals only. Convenient location off the highway. Overall quiet and spacious rooms

Little attention to detail. Broken seals on coffee. Breakfast attendant sitting while trays were empty and counters dripped with waffle batter. Very unappetizing. To go lids on coffee cups don't fit. Cups for juice stuck together. Drip trays dirty.

The bathroom was dirty (hair all along tub) & mold on ceiling. Floor was sticky in main room walkway. Greet with a grunt at front desk. I had to start conversation. He grunted at me again when I asked him to repeat a few things.
