Our hotel room had a huge crack in the window, the chair at the desk was tattered and torn and the small refrigerator froze anything that put in it.

We selected this hotel because it claims to be pet friendly. We were then charged $75 for a pet “cleaning” fee for only one night which is far more than the industry standard. On top of that, there was a bag of trash in the hallway the entire time we were there making me question their standard cleaning. I’m disappointed and will not be staying here again.

Staff was great, also a big plus was the trailer parking spots. We were hauling a 30 foot horse trailer so seeing the spots to park it when we arrived was a huge relief.

The room was clean quiet and the bed was comfortable. Thi facility was a little older than most, but well maintained and clean. The climate control was excellent. The breakfast had ample choices of hot food. The only downside of this facility, along with all of this chain locations, is the fact that they provide “Dove” brand soap, which I very much dislike. I will be glad when their corporate procurement department changes suppliers.

I really liked the staff. And this was the first hotel I have stayed in in 3 years, that house keeping came in every day and cleaned and changed towels. It was great.

The room was clean and what I expected. The mini fridge was quite loud when it clicked on. But something I think should be fixed is the curtains. The only part that closes is the thin sheers. Doesn’t get dark enough in the room. Nor does it feel private.
