โHad a wonderful experience! The staff was so courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable! My only complaint is the parking fee. For the amount of money spent on the room, parking should absolutely be included. Having an additional $55 per night charge is quite expensive in my opinion. โ

โOur stay was perfect. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the staff, to parking our car conveniently across the street to unwinding in our room with super comfortable beds. No complaints on the hotel. The location was perfect- a quick walk to the train, easy access in/out of parking lot or walkable to any location- riverwalk across the street. Location was quiet safe and convenient! Thanks Voco for a memorable 4 day weekend! โ
โNice and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to bus stop (bus 20) takes you to Magnificent Mile, The Beanโฆand bus 8 took us right to Rate field for a White Sox game. Just blocks down from Randolph Aveโฆ lots of fun outdoor eateries!!
Only recommendation- donโt take a room next to elevator because youโll hear it go up and down ALL night long.โ
