I had an amazing stay at AC Hotel. The property was spotless and truly felt luxury from the moment I arrived. The staff was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to be accommodating. Despite the challenging weather conditions in Houston, they handled everything with grace, patience, and genuine care. You could tell they truly wanted guests to feel comfortable and taken care of.
