The location of the hotel is probably its best attribute. The hotel is fine. I arrived a little early and went to see if I could check in. They said the room is available and I could check in early for an extra $40 or come back in an hour. It doesn’t cost them anything to let me just put the luggage in the room for an hour. I would rather they tell me the room wasn’t available to come back in an hour. Best experience I had was at breakfast. I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name who was my server, but he was incredible. Super nice very attentive.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Hilton during my recent trip to Houston, Texas! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The check-in process was smooth, and everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained—exactly what I needed to relax after a full day exploring the city. I especially appreciated the little details that made the stay feel extra special, from the cozy bedding to the overall ambiance. The location was perfect, with easy access to great shopping, dining, and attractions in the Houston area. Everything felt convenient and stress-free. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations. I had a great stay at the Hilton. I had an inconvenience with my shower and couldn’t use it but someone came to fix it the next morning. Other than that, friendly staff, smells amazing everywhere, clean and efficient.

The Hotel was grrat staff was very friendly and accomodating. expdia however cancelled my booking the night before my arrival and I had to PAY another room because expedia was not willing to help solve a problem they created and still kept my full payment. still working on a refund although i have not heard anything back from them very dissapointing.
