The sheets and pillowcases were dengue. Towels were stained and so were the sheets. The carpet had sticky stuff on it so I wore my sandals. The bathroom had dirt around the tub and in corners of the floor. It is an older motel but I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff was nice though.

The air conditioning barely worked. Once I checked in, I turned the A/C on and it took 4 hours for me to feel cooled down in the HOT TEXAS WEATHER. The room had a horrible drug and mildew smell. There was blood on the box spring along with other humans fluid stains. The room has carpet, so the odor was horrible and the un-vacuumed dirt appeared visible underneath the refrigerator and near the nightstand. The refrigerator door appeared so dirty, I was afraid to store any food or drinks inside of it. The odor in the carpet was so strong that the shell stuck to my clothes. Not to mention, the pillow cases were brown stained and the pillows inside had dark brown stains as well. The bathroom toilet and tub had drug pipe burns which explained the horrible smell in the room. My stay was very uncomfortable. For breakfast, they only served cereal and refused the bathroom for my Autistic son, who desperately needed to use the restroom. The Staff recommended us walking all the way to our room for bathroom use. Never again will I stay at this motel facility

I've never had a dirtier hotel even after switching rooms. I ended up cleaning up for them just to have a normal clean space. Very disappointing 😞

I was in a hurry planning this trip on a budget so I didn't pay attention to the reviews but this place was absolutely terrible. Granted I showed up 20 minutes early but they refused to check me in early. The lobby was closed so all transactions were done at the night window. The area is terrible and the floor is concave so much that the furniture leans. The building should be condemned. Do NOT stay here. The only reason I didn't put a lower rating is I didn't see any roaches or bedbugs but I was really careful to keep our clothes and bags away from the beds.

This place was terrible. The first hotel room I was assigned had a caved in floor. The room was unsafe to be in. The desk, tables, and bed had wooden shims to level them out. The bed sheets were dirty and the wash clothes were crusty as if they had been used by someone and just folded on the racks. I requested a new room, the second room had the same issues with being clean with the exception of the caved in floor. This floor was level. However, the second room had holes in the bathtub. Water is likely leaking onto the subfloor causing other unseen issues. The ceiling also had mold on it. I left and requested a refund. The company and expendía both refused to give a refund despite the inhabitable hotel rooms.
