Elevator didn’t work, key card kept getting deactivated so had to constantly go to main desk to reset card. Not a great experience. Staff were very helpful and polite. You get what you pay for

It ok. However, there were a few things I wasn't happy with. There was an unpleasant odor—including the smell of cigarette smoke—and the space wasn't very clean. I also didn't feel the area was particularly safe. That said, the staff and support team were very friendly and enthusiastic. Even after breakfast, they continued to provide coffee and drinks.

We came to Houston for some shopping with our 2 dogs. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby and our room were spotlessly clean. We will definitely be coming back when we're in town next time.

The room was clean and comfortable. The elevators were broken and I had to carry all my luggage to the fourth floor. In the photos there is a snack bar to purchase snacks but when I got there no snacks at all anywhere. The front desk clerk did not even say hello when I checked in and after he told me that the elevators were broken he did not explain where the stairs were located. At least I slept well.

When I first arrived and received my key card it was not working and for the remainder of my trip i would have to keep dealing with this issue… going downstairs everyday for them to fix my key card. Also the elevator was broke which wasn’t a huge deal but for anyone who was handicap how would they have been accommodated? However the hotel was fairly clean and house keeping did come every day to clean the room. I would rate this hotel a 5/10

Decent hotel for the price. Not spectacular, but the breakfast was pretty good and the pool was too. We had a little trouble operating the TV. I think the remote was either low on battery or not fully synched. Microwave & fridge were unplugged when we were given the room, so had to plug them in ourselves. We were able to get early check-in, but needed to call the same morning to find out if it would be available. Nobody was available when we wanted to check out, so we had to wait for a little bit when leaving.
