Loved the bed, linens and new towels! These were in amazing condition! 5 stars! Our room had a stale smell to it. We found the TV on, AC on, refrigerator door partially opened and the carpet area by it was wet. Very disappointed with the front desk young man who apparently implied I should have known the hot tub was broken and out of service as I "had not been around there." Sentences such as "Good afternoon and welcome and How can I help you?" were not part of his vocabulary much less "we're sorry" for anything. The staff on duty on check-out needs training as well. Although she was helpful, she came out with her mouth so full of food, she could not say a word and tried to communicate with her hands. This happened twice! I see her speed and willingness to come out to help. It would have been better accomplished if she had her voice available. Not sure which bothered me more the fact I was counting on the hot tub being in working condition or the lack of training of the staff, especially the young man! Start with proper maintenance of pool and hot tub which apparently according to staff has not been in working condition for over 2 months which include the hottest months in Texas. The "welcome" area with water and a pastry treat was so sad! It looked empty and abandoned. If your check in time is 3pm, how late should you have a welcome area prepared to receive your guests with at least fresh water? Hotel needs better management. Not coming back.

Very nice cool spot I’ll say. The room specially on 3rd floor peaceful and clean king size bed very comfortable i didn’t even want to leave ngl lol but it’s spacious. And air works my room was fine.
