"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor. I can confidently say that the staff was top notch - extremely friendly and helpful. The property was attractive, and the location was great. On the 'could have been a little better' side of things, our room was a little 'worn', but clean - and I felt the amenities (paper cups, etc.) were more suited to a mid range than a higher range hotel. Also, there were not a lot of eating options - we wanted to have lunch one day, and the only option at the hotel closed at 11:30 AM. And dinner was not available every night, either - so had to go out to eat more than expected. All said, though, we liked the hotel, would recommend it, and would stay there again."

"Stayed 2 nights for a concert. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially being fully booked and all the fans coming in and out. The room was very spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved how around the sink there was space to put my toiletries/makeup. Great things close by in the area as well and easy to get to places via transit/car. The parking fee is a bit exorbitant, but I get it given the proximity to the harbor, but there were other cheaper options nearby so it wasn't terrible."

"There was major construction going on in the lobby and first floor, which we were not advised about before making reservations -- trip hazards every where. Parking was $40 a day, which we did not know about beforehand. The room itself was very clean and was maintained every day. Breakfast was VERY expensive. We stayed here because we had an organization meeting there --"
