"We had a three-night stay in early May 2025. The room was fine. However, housekeeping apparently didn't visit our room even once during our three-night stay – not even to empty wastebaskets, much less straighten the room. We expect better."

"The breakfast menu was fresh but the workers there are like robots. The doors to the room make a really loud noise when it closes, there was a group of people checking in late and they kept going in and out of their room until 4 AM."

"I became I'll while at the property from medication I was taking. I was with my daughter who was interviewing for a job in town. I called down to the desk and asked for late checkout. They could not have been nicer! They asked if they could do anything to help including sending some herbal tea. Anything at all. I appreciate the concern and care when of late, that is not always the norm. St John's Resort is truly beautiful as well. The grounds and facilities are gorgeous. I'll be back when I'm feeling better!!"
