“This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel; the first time was just for one night, so it was fine. However, during this July 4th stay, the internet in my room didn't work; despite complaining three times, they never fixed it, and I couldn't use my laptop. We were also without power from 9:30 PM Saturday until 9:00 AM; during that time, there were no lights or air conditioning, and the temperature was 90°F—nothing electrical worked. “Very professional staff, breakfast could be better”

“As soon as we got to our floor, the second floor, we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking floor (maybe even hotel?). Throughout the night we kept getting whiffs of cigarettes throughout the room. The most concerning part, under the bathroom counter there were glue traps for mice and other bugs and insects which leads me to believe it’s not the cleanest, most maintained hotel.
