“A good value for New York. A very clean room with a private bath. Quiet neighborhood and the other renters were very quiet. There is no elevator, so be prepared to climb steps. There is a shared kitchen which has a lot of condiments, coffee and utensils stocked but we did not avail ourselves of the kitchen.
