Besides, we are very sorry for the problem in the room. Even when we do have regular PEST control but due to the fact that we are in a tropical country, there are sometimes ants at the room. We do understand your inconvenience because of that. We are also terribly sorry for water in the bathroom. We have taken note of your comments and this would surely be looked into. We have taken note of your comments regarding the service you received and this would surely be looked into. About the noise from outside, we have reported to the city authorities and they are working on that issue. Fortunately, the council have informed us that they will keep coming and check the noise until the issue is solved. The bar is installing soundproof doors and windows. For the dampness due to the typical Hue climate, we have taken action to solve and prevent it by changing the bedding, room ammenities and repainting the room.
