“Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. The whole feel of the place would be greatly improved by investing in ground keeping, weed spraying etc. Breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay there again. ”

The kitchen staff were on top of everything, cleaning tables and refreshing breakfast items. They all deserve major praise. That can't be an easy job. The bathroom was well stocked with bathing products but could really have benefited from a small revamp. Shower head had alot of lime scale and the toilet wouldn't fully flush. “This hotel had obviously been a venue in a previous life so our bedroom was enormous and everything was brand new … bed, headboard, curtains, windows, bathroom, floor covering. The room was super clean which was all down to Veronica who had done a superb job. Staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We only saw a group of guys in the huge bar on Saturday night, otherwise it was very quiet. Free parking was definitely an advantage. Will definitely use it again next time...
“Great location for what I needed, 5 min walk from train station, to shops and restaurants. Room was a decent size and bed was very comfortable. Staff are friendly and having access to 24 hr snacks and drinks was great for me especially for my first time in hull. ”

“I booked the Maze Apartments because it was so close to the venue for the Campfire Country Music Festival and it was spot on. Being only 5 mins walk to the park was great!
When we arrived we got a parking spot in the car park under the Apartments and it was FREE! The lady on reception was nice and friendly and advised us we had been given an upgrade!!
