"Check in process is a nightmare. Super slow. No proper reception. Manager never showed up or handled my pricing issues through my entire stay. Iron and board were supposed to be in the property. It was not there. Besides following multiple times, never got them. Had to get out in the night time to get my dress ironed for my meetings next day. "Visiting from the UK. Great hotel, great location. We recently visited the Charlotte area for a week and this hotel was perfect for us. Staff were lovely and so polite and attentive. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great and plenty to eat as was the kick back food in the evening Room was very clean and spacious. Check in and out was easy. Fantastic hotel. Amazing staff made our week’s visit very enjoyable and comfortable."
