"We enjoyed our stay even though it was brief. The battery in the door lock to our room died which was out of the control of the staff. My husband is diabetic, and his meds were stuck inside the room. They put us in the platinum suite, fed him and gave him water to prevent a medical emergency until they fixed the lock. The staff was amazing. We are forever grateful."
