“Quite surprised and disappointed in the "quality" of this hotel, based on Expedia's representation. It is VERY outdated (even with broken and badly stained furniture) and seems under-staffed. The employees WERE def all kind and helpful but, seem to lack mgmt support. The hot breakfast is better than nothing but, not much. I certainly did not expect a luxury hotel at the price but, this really was a bad choice. I hope the company will invest a bit more attention to this property and staff.”
