"We loved our stay there; the front desk staff was so helpful with catching the train and getting to the train station. Their assistance made us feel valued and well-supported. If I ever come back to Charlotte, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Our room was nice and clean. The only problem I had was the air conditioner. The AC was out, so they put in a portable air conditioner, and it was very noisy. I couldn't sleep because it was so loud. I left my clothes hanging up in the closet, so I hope they will be returned. I have mailed the hotel a prepaid shipping label to facilitate their return."
