"The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far). Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc. Management either does not know better or does not care. "早朝に空港着の為、空港近くの当該ホテルに宿泊しました。クリスマスイブだったが、ホテルにそれらしさは全くない。まあ、欧米系ではないので仕方無いが。またシーズンと空港近辺ということなのか宿泊費も3つ星にしては高額でした。ホテルはロビーが狭いのに、中国人の100レベルの団体と重なり、チェックイン手続きは延々。エレベーターも混雑が続く。ロビー横のレストラン？みたいな所にワルン(屋台)があり、美味しそうな鶏ガラスープの肉団子ラーメン(アヤムミーバソ)を販売していた。22時まで営業していますとの事なので、18:30から30分間毎に3回行きましたが、結局ずーっとクローズで、夕食たべられず。持っていたカップヌードルを食べようと思ってフロントに熱湯がないか聞きに行ったが、無いとのつれない返事。部屋は古い感じで、歯ブラシもアメニティも無し。夜中に蚊に3回4箇所刺され寝られず。最悪の一晩でした。"
