"It's not bad, but it's not great. Smells like an old hotel in places. Staff was nice. Had to pay $35 for parking, so more expensive than other options that don't blindside you with fees. Hot tub was also closed... i really wanted a soak."

"Location is perfect. Close to SEATAC, the best Pacific island restaurant called Pasifika NW, and shopping! They provide complimentary robes for you while you’re there. Room is always clean but I find the towel racks to always be loose, mostly cosmetic. I do wish there were blackout curtains. The coffee shop in the building has a variety of delicious options. Front desk staff, housekeeping, and security are ALWAYS so helpful. Feels extremely safe. Parking might be an issue… but I’ve been extremely fortunate with the help of the night security personnel. Seriously GREAT service here! Great people."

"1st of all there front desk can use a customer service class. Had to switch 3 rooms cause TV not.working and there attitude was like I was bothering them .. Second pool is disgusting and whole place needs a renovation. I would not be coming back"

"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tukwila and overall had a good experience. The location was very convenient, which made our stay even better. Before arriving, I called to let them know we would be checking in late. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and assured me it wouldn’t be an issue, which I appreciated. When we arrived late that night, the front desk attendant seemed a bit annoyed, but the check-in process itself was quick and easy. The room was okay but seemed like it may have been cleaned in a rush. One issue we noticed was the toilet seat wasn’t properly installed it would slam loudly every time you stood up (Room 209, second floor), which was a bit frustrating. In the morning, the front desk staff was much more welcoming and had a great attitude. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight everything was clean, well-organized, and had a good selection. The only downside there was that one of the breakfast staff wasn’t very friendly. Lady with all the gold jewelry and long eyelashes. Overall, we enjoyed our two-night stay. With a few small improvements in attention to detail and customer service consistency, this would be an excellent place to stay. I recommend this location."

"This was my first time at this place and I will definitely be returning here. It was great! Comfortable beds! I would like to have more pillows personally. But other than that everything was great the staff was great! The water runs hot nicely and quickly. The fridge is great having a kitchen it's just a nice bonus. It's nice to go grab snacks from the store and have a place to put it in. Lots of cubby holes for your luggage and clothes. I really like this setup. Big flat screen TV was awesome! Nice and quiet and good people all around."
