When I called from the airport for a shuttle, a recording said the shuttle only operated from 4 am to 1 am. It cost me $25 in taxi fare. The desk clerk said the shuttle was 24 hours! No offer to lessen the pain of an unnecessary $25. fare. "

The receptionist was very nice and helped me out with it. But told me another room wouldn’t be ready until past 11am. Which was fine, I went sight seeing and when coming back later on the day. They changed my room. During that process not sure if it was an owner or a manger who requested to see the bed bug. I showed him the picture I took THAT morning. He wanted to proceed to tell me it wasn’t a bed bug. My sibling now had multiple hives thought out their body. "
