"Personnel was very polite and went out of their way to help us. We arrived before our rooms were ready and they allowed us to store our luggage until the room was ready. They also had a free shuttle to take us to the mall and then did 3 different pickup times, along with the shuttle from the airport. This is definitely appreciated. We will definitely stay here again if ever in Seattle. The breakfast was plentiful with a huge selections. Oh, they also have a small amusement park with go-karts, water bumper boats, and a few other items. They also give out coupons for admission."
