"Very run down rooms, that are not very clean. We did kill the cockroach room mate, so that made things a little better. But my biggest complaint was the absence of a trained hotel staff to check in our freind who arrived after ten pm. The older security guard did his best, but had no access to the computer system, did not understand that one could pre pay with a online booking service, and with our limited Thai he ran out of patience. "Its very bad experience to us. Its very cheap hotel... actually its no hotel too, this is some dirty hostel and i guess one lady holds the account for this. dirty room, no internet, no shower. Due to our flight got late we reached there late and found that the given phone is not answering. And you cannot enter the building because of card access. Finally we got some local who unfortunately know that lady and he called on her personal contact. HUGE dis appointment... its a fake hotel and complete...
