“Got to property at 9 was very noisy with a motorcycle rev up engine and driving around building.The second night people playing loud music and being in hall.Running around.I will not stay at this hotel in the future.”
“I don't know if they have handy capped rooms, was put on 3rd floor no elevator. But the clerk helped me to 3rd floor and offered more help. The next morning clerk also helpful. I will try to remember to book a handy capped room if available. All staff was extremely helpful to getting me up and down to 3rd floor.”
“2nd stay. From the outside you might avoid it— cinder block construction. The rooms however are VERY nice and clean.
Staff is great and friendly. Our shower door wouldn’t stay closed. It was fixed on a Saturday. I think most hotels would jus t leave it forever but not here. Fixed.
Would recommend for anyone going to Mid-Ohio. Great place.”
