Only downside is access to the separate accommodation block. There are 8 very steep steps, then for upstairs rooms a staircase with curves meaning it is difficult to take suitcases up.โ

The staff were helpful and friendly. The indoor pool was lovely if a little warm in the area. The outdoor pool was very handy as two of the days were really warm. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel and will definitely stay there again as we have family in the area.โ
โThis was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. the food was great, the facilities (bar, restaurant, pool, garden, common rooms) lovely, but the very best part of our stay was the staff. โThe hotel staff are excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is comfortable, if a little dated. You need to let them know if an accessible shower is needed as many rooms have a bathtub shower.
The food is available until late evening and the bus stop to town is across the road, while the return stop is just a house away.โ

โFantastic hotel they couldnโt do enough for you and everything was provided even sun cream by the pool. Downside is itโs at the top of a big hill and not very big rooms. โ
โClean, lovely hotel 18 mins walk from centre of St Peter Port. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was simply excellent. โ

โStaff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better.โ
