The property and room very clean. The staff and owner were very pleasant and accommodating! The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is the road traffic.

All the staff we encountered were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was towards the end of town. And next to the cassino.

Not the best experience
I wouldn’t recommend. It was dirty and there were stains on pillows, hair on floor. It definitely needs some updates with old furniture. Waited ten minutes before anyone even could check me in. Customer service was lacking, just go somewhere else.

In the past 3 years this is the first motel that had maid service each day of my stay. Usually, I get towels on the first day and have to get fresh towels at the front desk each day. The breakfast here was mostly cereal and a waffle.

The overall experience was unpleasant. The room was supposed to be two queen beds and they put us in a room with two full beds. The door had a gap which allow light in all evening. The tub did not hold water and the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. The breakfast consisted of microwave food. Overall I would not recommend the Rodeway Inn to a fellow traveler. Not worth the money.

Very comfortable and clean
We needed a hotel for one night, and there were not very many options. This is a very basic hotel. But it had a very clean room, hot shower, and a very comfortable clean bed. We were pleasantly surprised at what a good nights sleep we all got.

Can't beat this place for the price!
I went in with kind of low expectation due to it being under $100 for my room a night. I can say... the AC was cold. The bed was comfortable. I had WiFi and a Texas shaped waffle at the complimentary breakfast. My wife even mentioned how clean it was in our room. There is a store and casino next door also. They do house construction/road workers so you will see a lot of that traffic.

My biggest problem was that the sheets didn't seem to have been changed from the previous guests.

Staff was friendly and helpful. check in was easy. Room was clean and smelled good, but the floors were wet, like they had mopped with something oily. We left footprints and it collected dirt quickly because of how oily it was. We had gone to the lake and there was plenty of parking for the truck and boat. The office has security cameras and they made a point that they would keep an eye on the boat, which we appreciated. The downside was some of the tenants were less than desirable. But the lighting outside the rooms was soooooo bright. I appreciate it for the safety factor, but it made it hard to sleep. Yes, there are drapes, but the light came thru the top and sides. It was like a truck was parked facing the room with their brights on. We couldn't sleep and ended up leaving at 2:30 am.
