"Our room was not ready at check in and it was not quickly ready either. Also, we stayed at the clan tower and it needs serious help. It’s dated with mildewed walls and bathrooms and decor that feels like it’s half trashed. Decorative lights in our room were broken and it just felt like it needs some help. The staff are lovely! The club food was ok. Nothing great though. The hot tub was also broken and the tiles are half missing. Basically this hotel wants to be luxury - but it’s not!!! It’s still a nice hotel though."

"Very attractive hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Stayed here because of its proximity to the US Embassy. Breakfast was good, and the simple dinner I ate in the restaurant was tasty. Room was spacious , clean and well-appointed. Appreciated the minifridge and coffee setup."
