"Room was dirty, Dirty floor, bed sheets had stuff on them, pillow case had blood like stains.
Didnt complsin because we got back to hotel room late and figured staff was gone for evening."

"Great spot to stay with kids. Breakfast was great as far as hotel breakfasts go, and regular refills on eggs and bacon no matter what time you went down for breakfast! Rooms were very clean and all the furniture was in good condition. Super comfy beds/bedding. Bathrooms were very clean as well, no surprise Dusty, grimey corners or old hair. Every square inch was like new! We stayed twice in two different rooms and both were 5 star! The pool could use a little love, but it was clean and fresh towels were always stocked. Overall we will absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to others traveling to/through Durango! "

"Elevator was broken our entire 3 day stay. Had to use stairs. Told it would be fixed our 2nd night but never was . Had to climb 3 flight of stairs all wknd . We always can get an early check in and front desk lady said we couldn't and had to wait til 3"
