"The highlight of my week in japan — a beautiful, peaceful place with stunning views, friendly staff, and an amazing onsen. Highly recommend getting the breakfast option as well. I would recommend staying here to anyone in the area. "
"Very nice corridor with classic music at a low volume. Double entry doors that bring down the outside noise. It has a small entrance space between those doors. Nicely decorated and spacious room. A choice of drinks and other stuff you might need in small vending machines inside the room. AC and heating working well. Ensuite sauna, jet-bath, shower, separate bathroom and sink. Microwave, kettle, different glasses and plates, sets of assorted coffee and tea.. Very clean. The only reason of 4 stars...

"We stayed in a Junior Suite which is very spacious and comfortable. We were offered welcome drinks, breakfast at the Executive Club and free parking. Our room overlooks the Osaka Castle and the view is spectacular! The Concierge service is excellent, and my booking for restaurants were handled very nicely."
