“Did not car park. Not met any staff apart from phone call to troubleshoot issues with check in (key pad and room key) I did not use the kitchen but i saw it was there.”

“Nice location and staff. Food was on schedule and good. Comfortable bed and rooms. Parking was limited, but that’s an issue all over UK. We would stay there again.”

“It is a nice convenient hotel. Clean. Tea and coffee facilities were nice to settle down nicely on arrival and when I woke up in the morning. Mini refrigerator was handy to keep my leftover food in the refrigerator to eat in the morning. Comfortable table and internet. I give 4 star only as there was no toilet in the room and I hesitated to leave my room in the middle of the night.”

“Rooms were clean, quiet and had everything you needed. This hotel is room only. You have a key for the front door to come in and out and key for your room. There is a number to contact the owners but only saw them when checking in. Rooms provide tea/coffee and bottled water. It’s a no nonsense hotel which has everything you need in your room for your stay.”

“Absolutely wonderful accomodation. Comfortable bed, clean amenities, exceptionally cosy. Check in was easy, with info forwarded the morning of, so we could just get in, get the keys, and be on with our day. The proprietor let us check out later for a good price as my partner was unwell and needed extra time to recover. We appreciate the exceptional hospitality.”

“Absolutely loved our stay, jan and Mark were amazing. Very helpful, they couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had . It's the fruit choice . Every single fruit you can think of is there amazing . All the home made jams and marmalade gorgeous 😍. The cooked breakfast is also amazing 👏 if you go to harrogate stay here you won't be disappointed”
